I recently got some bread from there and it was hard. I’ve been going there for many years and it’s been a couple of times this has happen to me. The atmosphere is okay here they all seem to just come and do their jobs. I would say that I feel like the prices have been increasing with the bread. I remember it being more affordable and getting more bags.

I recently visited Kay Bakery, and I was very disappointed with the service provided by one of the staff members. The young woman who assisted me appeared to treat customers differently based on their background. She was warm and friendly with Spanish-speaking customers but seemed dismissive and unwelcoming toward others, including me.
Everyone deserves equal respect and kindness, regardless of who they are. I hope the management addresses this issue to ensure a welcoming atmosphere for all customers in the future.

Worst bakery ever seen , They make mistakes while making cakes , taste is worst, service is very bad ,not hygiene .I regret I ordered cake in this bakery.
