This KFC on Danny Thomas is not concerned about the customer. 7-13-25 1:08pm. I asked the lady for some hot fries and she just kept taking my order, without answering my question about the fries. I ordered the $7 Fill Up box with chicken strips and fries with drink. I asked the lady again about the fires at the window and she replied I got you covered. She said, What Im gonna put cold ice on the fries, come on now I’m about to let the devil use me. I said okay, because the last time I came I received cold hard fries. She told me, don’t go letting the devil use you (me) I said oh I’m not letting the devil (him ) use me honey. For one thing, you don’t talk to customers like that and she over charged me. I didn’t ask for a large drink, but she charged me for one. The box don’t come with a large drink and she didn’t give a straw either. I had to ask for napkins. I received my food and I told the lady thank you. Now, I had just left church and I was hungry. I drove off and entered the expressway. I’m driving and I opened my box and the fries was hot. I smiled. 😊 My chicken strips was hard and dry and hard to chew. My smile turned into a frown! 😟Wow really KFC! I’m driving and couldn’t turn around. I was very disappointed. 😡My biscuit was dry and hard. I’m like, what the hell is going on. Really KFC. 🤔I can’t eat. I begin to drink my drink. It tasted like water favored something. Yeah watered down drink. Im disappointed and I’m frustrated 😖and taking pictures of my food driving. This was a waste of my gas, time and money. How can the COOK treat a customer like this? The cashier didn’t fix the box. I said, She could have double checked the boxed for freshness. But she didn’t. This makes the company looks bad. I asked myself. Why? I said I’m reporting this mess. Now I had a wonderful time at church and the devil is a lie. They gave me old hard chicken strips, they wouldn’t eat them themselves. No dessert bars. So, I went to another KFC because I was hungry. I wanted to eat something before my head hurts. Yess I could have went back to Danny Thomas store. I had already driven to faraway. I went the KFC in Frasyer. and received good customer service and fresh food that was hot. I ordered the same $7 fill up box and I received the correct size drink and the drink tasted great! My chicken strips and fries was fresh and hot. The young man was very nice to me. Thank you 🙏🏼 good service does matter a lot. It keeps the customer coming back.

This was a terrible location. No top on my mac and cheese, tenders were so crunchy, overcooked. The biscuit was dry and hard. They usually have great food not sure what happened here.

The workers here are horrible people me and my 5 year old was walking downtown after leaving court .we stop here to cool off and wait on our ride. Before I could order a cup of water the cashier a grown ass man tells me that me and my 5 year old couldn't sit in the sitting area . I tried explaining to him that I was going to order something to drink but I was trying to make sure my little girl cooled down. He told me that It don't matter and put us out . Me and my 5 year old stood out side this KFC in 95 degree heat because they didn't care to listen. The workers would come out look at me and my little girl and go back in the restaurant. If trifling, Disgusting., and don't care was a restaurant it would be this one.

This is the worst kfc I’ve ever had. The drumstick was the size of my big toe and it was stale. The breast looked fresh but the skin tasted like old grease. It was terrible. The biscuit was old. I asked for another and it was moist but I asked for honey. She handed me the bag like it was some in there and it was not. Then said she didn’t have any. Then gave me brown paper towel for napkins. Terrible. Won’t be dining at this one again.

We traveled down here from Louisiana , me & my family love KFC. We had a great experience. Building was clean , staff were very nice. We got to conversate with a manager (Mrs.Vicky) about where we were from. Amazing staff & fresh food.

Get it before the store closes. This is the best chicken. It was better than Gus's or Jack's. The chicken was hot, juicy, and meaty. The outside crust was flavorful. I usually just eat the chicken meat. I ate the outside crust also. The cashier included a biscuit. I gave the atmosphere a four since the location is downtown Memphis. It was worth the visit.

Horrrible experience, the food was cold and old I spent almost 30 dollars at this location. Truly a waste of money 💴 the whole wings so tiny and try I could not eat them. Half the food went into the trash 🗑️ me and my family only ate the fries some Mac and cheese and some skin off the chicken. Later that day my stomach felt so icky . Please don’t go to this location maybe if the owner starts to see sales decline, maybe some change will take place with food preparation and customer service

If I could give this restaurant 0 stars I would. My father and I walked in here New Year’s Day after being on the road for a few hours. I immediately headed to the restroom leaving my dad to wait in line. Just as I turn the lady at the counter screamed at me “MA’AM MA’AM YOU HAVE TO ORDER FIRST!” I was so caught off guard by this as I was planning to order but needed to use the restroom. She was incredibly nasty from the get go so we decided we would take our business elsewhere.
Restaurant was dirty, the need for ordering first is silly, and she needs to be fired or taught customer service skills.
