Horrrible experience, the food was cold and old I spent almost 30 dollars at this location. Truly a waste of money 💴 the whole wings so tiny and try I could not eat them. Half the food went into the trash 🗑️ me and my family only ate the fries some Mac and cheese and some skin off the chicken. Later that day my stomach felt so icky . Please don’t go to this location maybe if the owner starts to see sales decline, maybe some change will take place with food preparation and customer service

If I could give this restaurant 0 stars I would. My father and I walked in here New Year’s Day after being on the road for a few hours. I immediately headed to the restroom leaving my dad to wait in line. Just as I turn the lady at the counter screamed at me “MA’AM MA’AM YOU HAVE TO ORDER FIRST!” I was so caught off guard by this as I was planning to order but needed to use the restroom. She was incredibly nasty from the get go so we decided we would take our business elsewhere.
Restaurant was dirty, the need for ordering first is silly, and she needs to be fired or taught customer service skills.

This place has very rude employees. I ordered at the drive through, parked for 20 minutes, was finally given my food only to have to go in because part of my order was missing. The lady who gave me what was missing did not say ONE WORD to me even after I said Thank You. Horrible customer service. Restaurant is nasty, too.

Terrible service! The manager has no idea what she is doing. I asked for an add on to my meal and even let her know that I am willing to pay for it and she still denied my service! I’m not the person to even write reviews but the rudeness and attitude I received needed to be presented. I will never come to this establishment again and she needs to be FIRED!!

I’m not sure who the manager was that was working the lunch shift at around 1:30PM on 6/3/24 but her attitude was EXTREMELY NASTY to be a manager. I placed my order at the mic and had to repeat myself SEVERAL times and had to ask for confirmation to make sure my order was correct. Once I got to the window, she told me my total, I handed her the money and she rolled her eyes and passed my food out the window hanging off her index finger. I checked my order and it was in fact wrong after having to repeat myself several times at the mic. When the window opened for my change there was a different young lady handing me my change while the manager was still standing in the window. I informed her my order was wrong and handed her the incorrect order while the manager was standing there rolling her eyes. Once the young lady brought my correct item to the window I asked her was that her manager and the young lady said yes while the manager fanned me out and yelled out have a good day ma’am. As a manager that is very sad and pitiful to act the way she did in front of her workers that she is supposed to be setting an example for.
This is the worst KFC. Restaurant I have ever dealt with. Poor ran and terrible customer service. Not too mention my son st patient who was not feeling well they had us waiting behind a pole so they don't look bad cause it takes so long. Then had us pull around and park another 20 mins we order a meal a sandwich 2 drinks never got our drinks . Truly I would be ashamed to be owner of this place.

Waited forever for food in the drive thru. They wouldn't even allow us to pull up to the window after ordering. Told us to stay behind the pole before the window. Finally they motioned for us to pull up to the window to pay after 10 minutes then made us drive around and park and wait again just to get the food. The lady at the window was very rude.

The managers were very polite during my visit. The food was fresh and hot. I don't see how people make it off the parking lot and the only thing you have is a 2 or a three piece box!Gone pull over andGET IN THERE!! YEA-YEAAAH!!GET IN THERE!!! Food was hot and fresh. The reason for one star is the young man who works the drive thru is very very unprofessional and has a terrible attitude. I have had several unpleasant interactions with this employee on multiple visits to this restaurant. I would not recommend any one visit this location. Do not spend your money with people who are not happy to serve you.

The Nashville hot nuggets were just soaked in grease. I was told that's how they normally are so I changed it to unsauced. The nuggets definitely weren't what I expected. They're just chicken scraps and not in any way uniformed nuggets. However they do taste good.
