Chicken was old horrible not fresh at all so I couldn’t eat it and then I looked at my receipt and they added 0.02 cents for some foundation without me knowing about it this is the second time this has happened at the Austin Peay Kentucky Fried Chicken place im not ever going back to there again fooled me twice. People watch your receipts they’re stealing from you

This is the second time in a week that my orders have been mishandled & incorrectly given out. Whoever is in charge of handing doordash orders out to dashers need to READ the damn receipts and ensure the right food is being given out. Very unprofessional and irritating. Do better as a store.

Took 30-45 mins for an order that was supposed to be ready at 730pm..asked for original recipe got extra crispy..staff repeatedly lied to customers that the chicken was original recipe..want a replacement order or refund..TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

The other night I went to KFC to order a 8 piece, well I stopped to check my food and the dark skin big boned girl with a black wig had an attitude staring at me in the window , and when I told her that I was missing a side she says “well u made two so” I just feel like that is very disrespectful and I’ve heard from other customers that she been rude before. Over all this KFC need to do better. If that’s the type of people the want to keep under their employment then as a whole “we the people” need to not go there. It’s insane how KFC already chargers and arm and a leg and don’t have the decency to have well mannered employees sad this KFC needs help immediately.
