The other night I went to KFC to order a 8 piece, well I stopped to check my food and the dark skin big boned girl with a black wig had an attitude staring at me in the window , and when I told her that I was missing a side she says “well u made two so” I just feel like that is very disrespectful and I’ve heard from other customers that she been rude before. Over all this KFC need to do better. If that’s the type of people the want to keep under their employment then as a whole “we the people” need to not go there. It’s insane how KFC already chargers and arm and a leg and don’t have the decency to have well mannered employees sad this KFC needs help immediately.

Ordered a family meal (>$30) received SUPER CRISPY chicken. So crispy it was burnt ?! Even though I ordered ORIGINAL! Did not receive the right side items either. I have been going to this KFC for decades. It has gradually become the worst in Memphis.

If I could give 0 I would I work for the health department so I knew better but my kids just had to have chicken from here. My chicken was not done I brought a 12 piece chicken only. When I say none of the chicken was done none, so with that I will be back as soon as I do my paperwork ?

Just left the KFC on Austin Peay. I order a 2 pc Chick combo. When I got home, I opened my bag and inside it was 5 packets of hot sauce. I didn't asked for hot sauce. Garbage is where it went. Sorry, food cost.

Terrible service the guy at the window didn’t speak to me once and I asked for Buffalo sauce he gave me ranch and bbq after I tried to get his attention to ask for my buffalo he acted very annoyed and ignored me . Food was good though.
