The amazing people working at this KFC location are kind, patient, and thorough! My food was ready BEFORE my estimated pick up time and EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT 🤩! My cashier, Neal, deserves extra bonus points for doing it all with the kindest smile!!! 😊

The hot wings were great. You should try them. The six piece meal with mashed potatoes was very tasty and hit the spot. They had a new sign that said the potato wedges were back!

I got my order using Uber eats. I got called back twice for substitutions. I wish I had just canceled the order instead of trying to give them a chance. I didnt even get what we agreed upon. I originally ordered honey BBQ wings and ended up getting cold nasty plain tenders. I was so frustrated. How can you mess up an order even after communicating? On a good note, at least the person on the phone seemed to had a good attitude. I don't plan to order again. Wish I could get a refund because it was so horrible and a waste of money.

Twice I've tried to order chicken at the counter without success. The first time they said "we ran out of chicken!", second time I stood there with another waiting customer for over 10 minutes without any employee even acknowledging we existed. I gave up and went across the street to Popeyes.

If I could give a zero rating I would! The staff was extremely rude. The order was not ready. I did give grace as things happen, however 15 minutes went by and the staff could care less, including the rude manager. It was not busy. Myself and another customer for pickup were the only two people the entire time. They need to be kind and treat customers right.
