I could say this is one of the worst place I’ve ever been to KFC. No baby highchair, the family meal was not fresh at all. The French fries are mushy, the chicken are not properly cooked. Probably not going back again.

The food was fresh, good, and hot. The sitting area was clean and quiet. There was a bit of a wait for my online pickup. Customer service was okay. There was only one person working the counter and drive-thru so it's not a wonder customer service was lacking.

KFC is worthless. Wish I could give 0 stars. Leave one because they don't have any tenders. Go to one down the road, drive thrus backed up, go inside, line at the registers barely moving and after waiting 20 minutes they tell me they don't have chicken for sandwiches... Have to wait another 10 minutes for the food. Nobody's in a rush. Then they hand me a 4 piece tender meal and the tenders are barely bigger than my thumb. 12 is a ripoff for this BS.

I asked for the $5 thigh, drum and mashed potatoes and received some tenders and coleslaw. I called twice and nobody answered.and the food was cold on top of that. I can’t go back because I went during my lunch, that’s why I called. I will not be back.

I bought the Tuesday special eight pieces of dark meat. I paid extra for two breast did not receive the breast. The chicken taste burnt bad grease call. The manager told me to bring the chicken back. I live 8 miles away trying to come up with a solution to no prevail.

I was so disappointed with my visit, I actually did not get any food because I had to leave because I was on lunch break. I decided to go in, because there were 2 cars in the drive-thru and noticed there was noone inside the store. Need I say noone ever came to the front. After about 5 minutes of waiting someone asked me what I wanted from the drive thru area, while they continued to assist the drive thru. After another 5 minutes and seeing they were still assisting the drive thru I had to leave because I was on lunch break and could not wait any longer. Might I add there was conversation between myself and the employee, which my answer remained the same which was give me anything, whatever is closest to you, my response to the EE asking me what was my 2nd side because they had no cole slaw. I think that was a stall tactic. I am frustrated an disappointed because I simply asked for 3 chicken wings mashed potatoes, coleslaw, and honey, which should not have taken long to get me out of there, but cars were pulling up to the drive-thru and being taken care of immediately.

The young man on the register at the front counter was amazingly polite and patient. The food was fresh and hot, the dining area was clean and so was the beverage station. The crew communicated with each other which made for a smooth transaction. Two thumbs up to you guys at the KFC on Hacks cross and Winchester

Went in and I could tell they were probably in the mist of the peak hours, even though it was busy and he had a limit to staff everybody remain professional and clam And got the orders in and out. I ordered through the drive-through four piece spicy with two sides. I got my food. It was hot. It was fresh and it was good. I drove back up there to thank them lol
