He didn’t greet say hi or anything shoved my bag to me walked off walked around then gave me my drink and slammed the window. If he didn’t want to go to work today he should’ve stayed home. This was a delivery order...they didn't have all of my order and what they DID have was horrible...they even stuffed the napkins in with the chicken that looked like it was in a fight before they put it in the bucket. They didn't have any of the requested sauces just threw anything in ...left the biscuits and mashed potatoes out...put cold fries in ..even packing the order they just threw everything in, was rude to the delivery person when he asked them to fix the order...

In a city with so many options for fried chicken, KFC is never my first option. This day was different because I was hungry and this was the closest place. The dining room was clean and relatively quiet because there weren’t that many people dining in. The young lady that took my order was courteous and professional which was a plus. My order came out hot and was actually really good. It took a bit so I think it was also freshly fried. It was well worth the 4 or 5 minute wait. The temperature in the dining room wasn’t exactly to my liking but it wasn’t designed specifically with me in mind so I can’t take off much for that. The manager, Naqueta, even came out to check on the diners. Overall I’m glad I stopped in and the next time I’m in the area this will be my first choice for lunch.

On my way home today I visit the Perkins store to pick up dinner for the evening . I was really tired due its the end of the work week for me an it’s raining. I order a 16 piece meal half spicy and half original , mash potatoes, coleslaw and macaroni .. The young lady at the register told me that some fresh spicy is about to come out in 8 minutes if I would like to wait. She first apologized, and this meant a lot to me .. The manager Niqueta Edwards over heard the conversation and asked if I would like an additional side for my incovience . I asked for macaroni and she gave me a drink while I waited. This meant so much to me the customer service I received, because I had a long week and bad day . But the great customer service made my day .
