This location should be closed or hire some new employees. Card machine in drive thru has been down for a couple of days. Or is someone stealing. Everyone has an attitude. Go inside 1 person taking an order and no receipts given because it’s not working either. Again a sign of theft. They are so disrespectful and always cursing. No sense of urgency. One particular guy has a filthy and smart mouth. If you give your order via drive thru, they will either ask you again at the window or just give you what they want. Also, the drive thru has a long wait at the speaker, you pay at the window, then they want you to reverse to get off the timer or pull you up. Also, they are taking 1 order at a time. Do you all not do secret shoppers??!!!

The manager/ cashier gave another person my order and when I confronted him about the situation he simply asked me “to go deal with it yourself” and didnt even give me a refund as well.

What a shame! I'm from another state, visiting family here in. Memphis. The young man at the window who took my order was very rude. I asked was he having a bad day? He looked at me and rolled his eyes. I asked for a regular coke, however he gave me a diet coke.
If you don't want to work or you don't like your job, please stop working because all you are doing is making everyone around you miserable.
Since being here I have never seen so many young people be so rude and unprofessional.

The chicken was hot and delicious. The restaurant was clean and quiet. I need that cute lil managed to call me. She was cute. Lol But really she was nice. She even brought my order toy table.
Lil boy at the window was very rude they need to put that lady back at the window. He didn’t greet say hi or anything shoved my bag to me walked off walked around then gave me my drink and slammed the window. If he didn’t want to go to work today he should’ve stayed home. I’m scared to eat my food honestly

This was a delivery order...they didn't have all of my order and what they DID have was horrible...they even stuffed the napkins in with the chicken that looked like it was in a fight before they put it in the bucket. They didn't have any of the requested sauces just threw anything in ...left the biscuits and mashed potatoes out...put cold fries in ..even packing the order they just threw everything in, was rude to the delivery person when he asked them to fix the order...
