Sooo.. the college kids go back to school & now I have to deal with the “I hate my life” people? Yall should be ashamed. All summer I’ve had multiple positive experiences at this location. Now all of a sudden I get disgusting attitudes & no manners. Make it make sense. Bring back the people with some sense & education.

The cashier was very pleasant in taking our order. She informed us we had to wait 10 minutes on chicken and we told her that was fine. She brought our order out in 10 minutes and everything was hot and the order was correct.
WHY DO YOU HAVE A DRIVE THRU AND ASKING ME TO COME IN TO PLACE MY ORDER, WHATS THE PURPOSE OF HAVING A DRIVE THUR??? EVEN IF THE REGISTER NOT WORKING AT THE DEIVE THRU WHATS SO DAMN HARD ABOUT TAKING CASH AT THE WINDOW AND GOING TO THE FRONT REGISTER TO PUT MY ORDER IN!!!! DIFFICULT AZZ

Went on a Saturday evening cashier was rude. They were out of chicken sandwiches and only had a limited amount of chicken strips.
We asked for KFC sauce, we had enough food for 4 people and was only given 3 sauces after asking for more.

Uber eats delivery. I ordered two chicken wraps. One had a super dry chicken tender and barely any bbq sauce. The other had the wrapping paper rolled up into the food itself. My mashed potatoes were mostly gravy with barely any potatoes. The only thing I ate from my order was the biscuit.
