Terrible customer service. From the moment we arrived, the service was awful. We placed our order at 9:26 p.m. and sat down to eat with my family, but as soon as we started eating, a woman came out and kicked us out because, according to them, they were about to close, even though the sign at the entrance said that closing time was 10 p.m. In addition to that, we ordered a family combo of 16 pieces with sweet corn and rolls, and when we received it, it did not come with soda. However, I asked if this combo came with soda, and the lady did not like my question and responded reluctantly. So we ignored her lack of kindness and professionalism and ordered sodas.

So they were in the middle of a shift change and i was made to pull back from the window and wait and im like okay cool i get it. The wait was not long maybe 3 minutes. The middle aged lady at the window was like pull up and have me my food when i looked at it i had the smallest 3 tenders and not even a full small order of fries you could imagine. The lady asked me if I wanted some more cause that wasnt fresh mentally thinking strike 2 so she took it back to make some fresh. I was pulled up and when the younger lady bringing me my food came out she didnt even want to hand it to me. I had to stretch out of my car window just to get it from her and she didnt even ask me if that was correct or if needed anything else but this was the absolute WORST EXPERIENCE I have ever had at any KFC. I am seriously contemplating calling the BBB on this place right now.
Received a carry out of 3 pot pies. All of them were missing chicken. Plenty of crust. Almost nothing in the middle. I’ll never order anything from here again.

Sooo.. the college kids go back to school & now I have to deal with the “I hate my life” people? Yall should be ashamed. All summer I’ve had multiple positive experiences at this location. Now all of a sudden I get disgusting attitudes & no manners. Make it make sense. Bring back the people with some sense & education.
