Went in store to place my order. The manager was arguing with one of the team members very loudly. This was December 4th 2024 at 6:00pm. After standing 20 minutes for someone to take my order. The young lady working the drive thru told us drive thru only. This is the worst KFC I have ever visited. Every time I go there no matter what time of day or night. They don't have something either chicken or sweet tea. Needless to say I went to another KFC and was waited on immediately. I will never go to this KFC again.

I've been here well enough times to say that this place is consistently bad. They've had random good days, but 8/10 times, it's one of the following: very long wait at the drive thru, ran out of food, food is subpar, ran out of food, long wait, ran out of food, attitudes from employees and an overall negative vibe.

Ordered big box with breast and 2 thighs. Got a box with a drumstick and 2 thighs. Got up and got a crispy thigh after showing receipt. Got up again because they forgot utensils. Just left to my vehicle and won’t be back

Husband went down to get us food I specifically asked for no gravy on the famous bowl and they ended up giving me extra gravy the fries were severely over cooked wasn’t given any of the sauces I requested wasn’t even given napkins this has to be the worst kfc I’ve ever been too

I was told to pull up to the front. There is no front. Still waiting no food. I have to walk in now and get my food. What is the point of a drive through? They totally forgot the order, I just left after paying got nothing
