Todays shift had a bunch of high school children no adults insight .. it took 45 minutes for 8 pieces of chicken and there was only 5 customers !!! I’m not returning

Just left it’s 10:20 and they said they close after I waited minutes and pulled back round to a car in front of me trying to order heard them say all they had was grill chicken. Pull yo the window some girl sitting playing on her phone.. Hire people who really want to work my suggestion

When I arrived the employees were making customers pay and park on the side of the building to trick the timers and give the illusion that customers got their order on time. We didn’t get our food until about 20 mins later. This happened on Sunday March 10th. Placed an order online for my order to be ready when I got there. I placed the order 5 hours in advance to be ready by 3:45pm. It was not ready and there was a long line.

They still charge me for a drink but not serving drinks at the moment because of the no water alert I'm a little disappointed they did not offer something else in return.

Staff very very rude.. went threw drive threw had to wait 10 mintues just to get cold food went back in to tell them they left out my fries the staff was very rude.
