Just left it’s 10:20 and they said they close after I waited minutes and pulled back round to a car in front of me trying to order heard them say all they had was grill chicken. Pull yo the window some girl sitting playing on her phone.. Hire people who really want to work my suggestion

When I arrived the employees were making customers pay and park on the side of the building to trick the timers and give the illusion that customers got their order on time. We didn’t get our food until about 20 mins later. This happened on Sunday March 10th. Placed an order online for my order to be ready when I got there. I placed the order 5 hours in advance to be ready by 3:45pm. It was not ready and there was a long line.

They still charge me for a drink but not serving drinks at the moment because of the no water alert I'm a little disappointed they did not offer something else in return.

Staff very very rude.. went threw drive threw had to wait 10 mintues just to get cold food went back in to tell them they left out my fries the staff was very rude.
First of all I'm not a kfc fan but these wings are very big and cooked to perfection spicy paired with the buffalo ranch and $4.99 for 8 wings can't beat that I only heard about it by word of mouth so I had to come and try this deal out better than Popeyes wings by far I really enjoy this meal hopefully yall keep this on the menu service was fabulous they worked on my order an got me out quickly thanks again I really enjoy my wings

Place a order a few weeks ago for a Wing meal crispy, I didn't get the biscuit that come with the meal, usually I get all condiments and napkins but this particular day I didn't get any, never got a chance to report back to them about the missing biscuit, I was on lunch break at

Went 9/6/2023 about 6:30pm drive thru & the lady taking my order was all the way outside in the back head in a car talking to someone after sitting at drive thru she ran in & took my order I knew she was the one to take my order cause she had her head phones on, I paid over 9.00 for 2 pieces of chicken that were so small I will nevet go again to this kfc so unprofessional for the young lady to be outside & came in & throwed my food together in one minute basically thru my bag at me & shut the window. Won't be back to this location
