Cashiers were very friendly. Only commlaint was wedges were over cooked amd inedible. I actually pulled in at last minute when I saw wedges were back on their sign and I they were so bad I could even eat them.🥲

Absolutely wonderful!!! Tonite we had a craving for kfc. First I went to the location at 3144 S 3rd, horrible experience. I posted a review there as well, if you'd like the details. I then came to this location where I was greeted very sweetly by Juanita. She was friendly and professional to the last. Juanita deserves a promotion, for sure.

If you eat this location Please check your food before leaving out the restaurant / drive thru. Food was not hot or fresh. Tenders was hard chicken red and had no skin on it... Couldn't take back because we had no receipt (that they stated couldn't provide a paper copy). I wish I could give zero ⭐ for the food.

Order was messed up; had to walk back to the window because they have the lobby door locked. Today is December 1, why are you giving out milk that has a best by date of 11/5/24!! You should be ashamed! I’m so grateful my child didn’t drink it & get sick; otherwise you’d be hearing from our attorney! Will not be returning to this location EVER! P.S. The chicken nuggets were OLD!

My whole eight-piece original order was messed up and I pay almost $50 for it chicken was hard and burnt I got two hard biscuits and two rows in my box it's supposed to be 4 biscuits who do I need to talk to about this problem this is not the first time my order been messed up
I'm extremely disappointed. The food was awful. The food was truly terrible. The only reason I gave it 2 stars is because I'm trying to be sensible. They gave me some chicken that was extremely old. I wonder why you would do someone like? I mean, would they eat that. I ate the chicken because I was fasting all day and I was hungry. I paid for it overnight, though, and I will never do it again. I got food poisoning from eating that. My stomach was hurting all night long. I felt like I needed to go to the hospital, but me and my wife and I stayed up all night to help me. I'm truly disappointed because the last time I went there we ate in and the food was pretty good. I even gave 2 people a tip for the hot food and good service. I just don't understand why. I'm so disappointed! If the food is old, don't sell it, throw it away because you won't put it in your body, so why would you put it in the paying customers' bodies? Just doesn't make sense.

Service was pleasant but I ordered a Mexican pizza combo! It tasted like straight chopped up pills. I couldn’t even take it back I became so sick!! I’ll definitely be calling headquarters about this. Cause what did y’all try to do to me.! Was the dishes cleaned with harmful chemicals? Something was not right and it for sure didn’t taste right
