Absolutely wonderful!!! Tonite we had a craving for kfc. First I went to the location at 3144 S 3rd, horrible experience. I posted a review there as well, if you'd like the details. I then came to this location where I was greeted very sweetly by Juanita. She was friendly and professional to the last. Juanita deserves a promotion, for sure.

If you eat this location Please check your food before leaving out the restaurant / drive thru. Food was not hot or fresh. Tenders was hard chicken red and had no skin on it... Couldn't take back because we had no receipt (that they stated couldn't provide a paper copy). I wish I could give zero ⭐ for the food.

Order was messed up; had to walk back to the window because they have the lobby door locked. Today is December 1, why are you giving out milk that has a best by date of 11/5/24!! You should be ashamed! I’m so grateful my child didn’t drink it & get sick; otherwise you’d be hearing from our attorney! Will not be returning to this location EVER! P.S. The chicken nuggets were OLD!

My whole eight-piece original order was messed up and I pay almost $50 for it chicken was hard and burnt I got two hard biscuits and two rows in my box it's supposed to be 4 biscuits who do I need to talk to about this problem this is not the first time my order been messed up

I'm extremely disappointed. The food was awful. The food was truly terrible. The only reason I gave it 2 stars is because I'm trying to be sensible. They gave me some chicken that was extremely old. I wonder why you would do someone like? I mean, would they eat that. I ate the chicken because I was fasting all day and I was hungry. I paid for it overnight, though, and I will never do it again. I got food poisoning from eating that. My stomach was hurting all night long. I felt like I needed to go to the hospital, but me and my wife and I stayed up all night to help me. I'm truly disappointed because the last time I went there we ate in and the food was pretty good. I even gave 2 people a tip for the hot food and good service. I just don't understand why. I'm so disappointed! If the food is old, don't sell it, throw it away because you won't put it in your body, so why would you put it in the paying customers' bodies? Just doesn't make sense.

Service was pleasant but I ordered a Mexican pizza combo! It tasted like straight chopped up pills. I couldn’t even take it back I became so sick!! I’ll definitely be calling headquarters about this. Cause what did y’all try to do to me.! Was the dishes cleaned with harmful chemicals? Something was not right and it for sure didn’t taste right
There was actually no line and was in and out in 5 minutes. The new staff is much nicer.

Inside closed in middle of day on Friday. They advertise spicy crispy chicken on a billboard to make you stop but tell you we are out og that. When going thru the drive thru you always never get fresh hot chicken. When you leave with your order it's to much of a problem to make a trip back to get a fresh order. I really believe they close the inside up real early so they know you might check your order for freshness or correctness. Something needs to be done for to straighten out things for i spend money for two or six whenever i go to KFC. Thanks. Robert Rodgers.

I went there on a lunch break from a meeting ordered a double steak cheese burrito with a med Pepsi $8.69 and not sure of change the girl at window gave me no receipt and I received a beef cheese burrito and a flat Diet Pepsi so mad we gotta do better in the hood damn. Food normally good but the girl at window looked suspicious. But tried to call no answer the hell really

Didn't get anything bc when we got to the window and they didn't put in all of our order which we were trying to tell them that the price was too low but the person doing the drive thru acted like he was doing something else more interesting and the girl at the window said she couldn't add it at the window we could go back around thru the drive thru even though we already ordered it they messed up not adding to our order so we left without anything and went to a different location who got our order right and was better
