I’m went to KFC on Frasyer Blvd. 1:35pm 7/13/25. Great service nice young man at the drive thur. He told me that,they were out of the lil desserts that came with the $7 Fill Up box. I thanked him for telling me. I brought the chicken strips box with fries and drink. My food was hot. My chicken strips was hot and fresh. Thank you 😊. Now, I had just left another KFC on Danny Thomas and Poplar at 1:06pm same day. The service was nice. I ordered the same $7 box and didn’t get any of those lil desserts in my box. They didn’t put any in the box at all. Instead, I got three hard and dry chicken strips. I couldn’t chew. Wow. Lady charged me for Large drink. I didn’t ask for. So why over charge the customer and my drink tasted like water. Omg! Now I’m driving on the expressway, so I couldn’t just take my food back. I had drove to far away. So, I went to another KFC on Frasyer Blvd and received the same order and it was hot and chicken strips was too. Thank you 🙏🏼. I wanted to tell my experience because it’s not fair to the customer to be treated like that. I just had left church and get jacked up food like that from around the corner from my church. I will not be going back there. This is the third time the Danny Thomas KFC has done this. Stop selling customers old food. I give KFC on Frasyer Blvd 5 stars. 🤗

I recently started work in this area. I have been through drive through several times. The atmosphere is always calm and friendly. The workers always tell me about what’s available or what’s the best deal. The service is always prompt. Those two things make the service great. I’ve been asked to wait a few minutes just so my food is hot and fresh. I commend the staff at this location for their friendliness and service.

I wish i read the reviews before coming here but i needed something to eat between jobs.The floors and counters are gross your feet stick to the floor every step you take. There's no one at there stations ready to help you and wondering around in the back of the building. They are playing explicit music on buildings radio that kids would hear and they dont even know what they are selling or proper cup sizes to give. Tried to give me a small when i paid for the large. And there chicken tasted rubbery like its been sitting under a heat lamp for 30+ minutes. Never coming back here again!

The food at this location isn't worth the napkins that come with it. The manager was working the drive thru and was incredibly rude and dismissive. I'll never go back to this location and would NOT RECOMMEND it, at all. The dining room isn't open for dining.
