First, at 7:45 pm the lobby was closed. Waited in drive only to be told it would be 20 minutes to cook fresh chicken. No problem. An HOUR LATER someone brings my food. I get home and not only did I get the $10 Tuesday dark when I paid $29.99 for the variety box, but that was in NO WAY cooked fresh. I've managed a KFC and I know they had me wait an hour for recooked chicken. Skin so hard I chipped a tooth. Slaw not even half full, no gravy on the potatoes. The.only thing right was the 2 extra biscuits. After contacting customer service, I get told they will only refund roughly half. UNACCEPTABLE.

Every time I come in this place, my order is never right. The cashiers act like they don’t care and if I ask for something specific, they just look at me and keep on going. Please check your order before you leave out of there because if not something is not going to be right!!! don’t get me wrong. The food is good, but the customer service is horrible.

Place order at drive thru and she told me to drive around for my total which I did paid her than she asked me to back up and and she will let me know when to pull I said what y'all still doing this so when she asked me to pull back up she told me to pull around to the door I asked what's wrong cause I'm about to asked for my money back said they have to cook the chicken they finally came with food and apologized for the wait never again

This business charged .88 cents for a foundation donation without asking me for it. Just so it took them so long to serve the people in the restaurant, I read the receipt and brought it to the person that I paid. Well she didn't have the change to give me at the moment I waited, at the end of my wait I left 3 cent short of the 88 cents

Food and service is always horrible. They are always out of something always! The inside was nasty. I was even told at the drive thru that I couldn't place two separate orders. They shut the store down, remodeled and ever since they reopened, the food and service has gotten worse. The company need to close this place for good.
