I work up the street, and get off late evenings. I have been by, and have been unable to order at the drive thru before, even though they advertise they are open until midnight.it was a Friday night, and I had gotten off a bit earlier, and swung by the restaurant, hoping to go in. I arrived just after 9:15 pm, and gthe door was locked, and someone was cleaning the lobby. I checked, and the door stated that the lobby closed at 10:00.Because my scooter doesn'thave a bunch of metal, and the weight is so light, it sometimes will not trip a drive thru system. I pulled up to the window, and ws able to order. The employee didn't seem to be too happy, but at least they weren't as attitude prone as some of the staff here have been in the past.

Cashier was extremely rude to my mom when she went to order thru the drive through my mom asked the lady to give her a minute to look and the lady said what side my mom said I haven't even ordered yet and the lady rudely was like all I said was what side do you want and do we left and do not plan on going back to that KFC again because of the rude service

I placed an order through the app. When I went to pick it up I figured since it was almost 9pm the dining room would be closed so I went through the drive through. The lady told me very rudely I had to come in. I went in, told them my name and when the lady brought my order she dropped it hard on the counter and told me I needed to confirm my order. I told her I didn't know how to do that. I looked at my order on the app and told her there was no where to confirm. She said "I don't know what to tell you, you have to confirm the pick up before you take it" so I showed her, no where to confirm, what do you want me to do?? Then she said, again very rudely, "I guess you can just take it then" And the whole time just scowling at me. I will never oder from here again. I know it's getting late but there was no need to be so rude.

After a long day of work, I stopped at this location on Highland and was greeted with a warm welcome and an offer for a pot pie. Nefertiti gave me my food it was hot out the oven she told me to enjoy it. And I did. It was delicious! Thanks KFC I ate and slept like a baby.. ? Pot pie.. my favorite!

This is the worst KFC in Memphis. The 8 piece chickeb bucket I got was soggy and smashed down. I also got gizzard and livers which were way over cooked pretty much burnt. Never going back. I'll go to the midtown one which is further away.

Hi I went here to order some food and because I was white they would not take my order. I literally drove off and watched them take two orders from two others behind me of the same skin color… after lieing to me and saying the drive thru was down… they blatantly lied to me and refused to take my order …. And like I said I watched them take two others right after me… unbelievable! Don’t go here! They should go out of business for mistreating customers! I don’t care what skin color you are we should I be treated the same! I am tired of hypocrisy and double standards! And I will never return here again!

The cashier was AWESOME. She was VERY patient with me.I haven't had KFC in about 3 years. The chicken was fresh and warm. Slaw was DELICIOUS. The biscuit had a buttery flavor.?
