the food looked and tasted like fried the day before . that happened last summer ,too,and I stopped going there until today when I had a regretful initiative ,again . it is not like it used to be years ago . the food I got today was barely warm,dry ,reheated ,both the tenders and the fries .

I got the spicy chicken and it was WAAAAAAY too salty. Couldn't enjoy it because the salt was overwhelming. Also got the saucy nuggets and they were DRY!! The tenders and apple pie poppers were ok. Only good things were the sides and biscuits.

KFC/Graceland I'm glad y'all have upped your game. I have been wanting to try the new Chizza and paired with a Sweet Lightening did not disappoint. It just needed something green, basil leaves? Green olives? Grilled green pepper strips? I think the Chizza is a winning menu item.

Most of the KFC’s in the city either have dried-out grill chicken and still serve it or they say they're out.Today the service was awesome, food was fresh, hot and full of flavor.Thank you to Daniel, for her awesome customer service and great upbeat attitude. Her ability to multi task kept the wait time short. The lobby was clean and atmosphere was inviting.This type of service is missing from the industry!!

The food and customer service was excellent. My only complaint was it wasn't very clean and there was no napkins to be able to wipe your hands. We even asked staff and they said they were completely out.
Service was fast and the food was delicious as always. I had the two piece ( breast and leg) biscuit, fries( seasoned very well) and nice cold Pepsi ?

This chicken was horrible only half was eatable. I asked for all flats and git drums and flats. Some pieces fell apart at the bone it shredded in my mouth. It was horrible. I will be calling the manager.
