KFC/Graceland I'm glad y'all have upped your game. I have been wanting to try the new Chizza and paired with a Sweet Lightening did not disappoint. It just needed something green, basil leaves? Green olives? Grilled green pepper strips? I think the Chizza is a winning menu item.

Today 2/17/24 at 12:32pm @ 3623 Elvis Presley our experience was top notch. Most of the KFC’s in the city either have dried-out grill chicken and still serve it or they say they're out.Today the service was awesome, food was fresh, hot and full of flavor.Thank you to Daniel, for her awesome customer service and great upbeat attitude. Her ability to multi task kept the wait time short. The lobby was clean and atmosphere was inviting.This type of service is missing from the industry!!

The food and customer service was excellent. My only complaint was it wasn't very clean and there was no napkins to be able to wipe your hands. We even asked staff and they said they were completely out.
Service was fast and the food was delicious as always. I had the two piece ( breast and leg) biscuit, fries( seasoned very well) and nice cold Pepsi ?

Probably the worst KFC food I've ever had. The chicken strips we were served looked and tasted like they had been sitting under a heat lamp for 30-45 minutes. The mashed potatoes and gravy were lumpy and hard. The chicken breast was undercooked.

I repeated my order several times and when I looked in the bag after driving off, order was wrong. To top it off, I was disappointed in the food quality and taste.
Chicken was really good even though they ran outta biscuit. But in their defense, it was late.

The service was very poor,the employees had a very nasty attitude!!! The chicken wings were cold,& fries were Saggy!!! Customer service was very very bad!!! I tried to call back they kelp hanging up the phone, & Eventually took the phone off the hook!!!

The new tenders were a disappointment. The were small and not worth $13. The sides were ?? as always. Cole slaw, mashed potatoes, and Mac and cheese even the biscuits all super.

Ok I will only give 2 stars for the food. The establishment is horrible. I came in with my family from a very long trip off the road and looked like I walked into a pajama party. How can you fix food dressed in colorful bikers shorts. Like is there a dress code at all.Then there was no ice for the dining room and they care less to fix the drink machine. All the drinks were FLAT. Like this isn't right at all. If I ask for ice why yall didn't bring any out but tell me you can't take the cup back over the counter. Mam there is no lice out here I literally paid for ice . I will make sure I drive pass this location next time

Rap music blasting waited 25 mins for food and still not correct I was looking at my phone and someone yelled no recording in store which i was not ! I am only in Memphis for two days on vacation !I will never return stay away unless you like to wait and see a sh__ show while wating
