Found this place by accident on Thanksgiving. Great service and food. 5 stars

Update: December 8th revisited. Horrible service and food. Highly disappointed. I won't be back. 🤢 1 star at best.

Horrible service! The food was terrible and there was no customers. I was given hard pieces of pulled pork and bartender said other people eat their food hard, as if it was ok. I would not recommend eating here.

Awful service and food wasn’t great. The waitress has a piss poor attitude and gave every excuse possible to do the bare minimum. She brought food out of order, no one got refills while eating or to go. She never came to see if the food was ok, if refills were needed, etc… just pure BAD service. Had to get up and take a dish that was made from a box back and request something else. A guy waiter helped and was much nicer to deal with. Will NEVER go back unless under better management.

I visited on a Sunday evening and it was very slow. Dining options were limited. It took awhile to get served and I sat at the bar. The staff were talking about getting all their side work done early before the shift end. Sadly, this place didn’t meet up to the rave reviews others gave. I also noticed that the bar had an all too familiar odor when spilled booze and soda sits for a while and doesn’t get cleaned up. Management may want to address that stench.

This restaurant is attached to the Doubletree hotel and serves a nice breakfast. The bacon and eggs were on point. Menu options are basic, but they did the basics well and the portions are generous for the prices.

Great Spot! I recommend the fried green tomatoes for an appetizer, and if you're looking for a place that does a real sazerac look no further!

Every bite of food we had here was so damn good! Our server Michael was so welcoming and friendly - he made us smile right off the bat!

We ordered fried green tomatoes, which were amazing!! I had catfish, okra, broccoli - all beyond delicious. My kid had the pork medallions, asparagus and more fried green tomatoes. Cornbread & hushpuppies were just wonderful as well.

I wish I had longer to stay because I would happily eat here again and again and again!!!

Highly recommend eating here while in downtown Memphis. Tbh it was one of the only redeeming things in Memphis this trip, so that you for making us feel welcome.

This is a nice place, with great service. The food was good, but the value not so much. You'd think with the pork belly French toast you'd get more than a few tiny cubes of meat. It was pretty much an insultingly small amount of pork belly.
