Stopped in for two things...Alligator Bites and Gumbo!! Both were delicious. Our server was very friendly and attentive, even brought us a little sample of the gumbo to make sure it wasn't too spicy.

Never been charged $50 total for 2 whiskey and cokes. Weak drink, as a bartender this is a complete and total scam. Don’t go.

I'm not sure what to say about this place. Let's start with the appetizer which was the fried Green tomatoes. Sub par is being generous. $16 for 5 small slices? And where do they put cheese on fried green tomatoes?
Next we got the feast bbq platter which comes with gumbo, pulled pork, ribs and crab cakes. Crab cakes tasted like salmon cakes. They were pretty bad...and they put cheese on it too...smh. The gumbo was just barely edible. The rice was over cooked and you could tell it had been sitting for awhile because there were hard pieces in it. The ribs and the pulled pork was average. The flavors were good but they both with drenched in BBQ sauce which made them almost unedible.
I usually don't leave reviews but I had to this time because it was that bad. This was by far the worse meal I've eaten in a very long time and the worst place I've eaten in Memphis.
And fyi....I come to Memphis and try new restaurants often.

We had the place to ourselves at 1130 on a hot, summer Friday. The food was excellent and the server attentive. The only drawbacks for us had to do with the HVAC blowing directly on us and the "ambient" music getting turned on just as our meal was arriving and too loudly to talk comfortably. Despite no one else in the place, we couldn't get reseated away from vent or speaker.

We LOVED this place! Our server Tiffany was not only world class, she is an absolute delight to talk to and we really enjoyed all the laughter with her. Gregory was on stage, and for only playing that guitar for 8 years he was a top-notch one man show warming up the diners for the rest of the band to show up later. You'll have a great time here and make some memories!
It was a rough night for our server. I'm not sure why with as empty a it was. Brought out the wrong plate, then only half of the correct plate the next time, and never refilled out drinks.

Came here because we knew Chris Gales was playing. There is no sign indicating if we should seat ourselves or wait. The waitress walked by 3 times and ignored us while we waved. Sadly, we decided to move on to another location.
