Let me preface this by saying that this is my fault because I should have gone to Red Hook Seafood like I normally do.This is my second time ordering from here and it is also my last. I ordered extra eggs and corn in my order because why not right? Unfortunately the corn and the eggs were extremely overcooked, to the point where I could not avoid calling the restaurant.The owner answered the phone and I explained the issue. Long story short, the owner was more upset than I was, explaining that "he has a high margin and that he has been in business for 5 years so the food must be good. And that he's not selling hamburgers here."He was loud, constantly spoke over me, and was unapologetic about the entire issue. And then he hung up the phone while I was speaking. Disgusting Behavior for anyone, especially an owner. No customer service experience whatsoever. He should never be allowed to answer a phone. Ever. Grossly unprofessional. Yuck.Mr. "owner", stay in the back, way in the back and count the money. Place your friendly and professional employees, such as Ariel, at the front where you can actually keep your customers. Because if it were up to you, you would lose every single one of them.I highly suggest that you run, don't walk, to an emotional intelligence and customer service course immediately. Or balance the books. But stay away from customers if you can't control your emotions when the food is not prepared as it should. This is a business. Act like it.

Do not order food from Krab Kingz. The Lobster portions are terrible for the price, and this particular restaurant in Bartlett never have condiments for the food one orders. With the price this restaurant charges they should always be fully stocked.

I drove 3 hours for this place! Ordered online, they took my money out, got to the place AND IT WAS NO LONGER OPEN!!!!!! I had to call a third party handler to get my money back in 3-5 days!!! FRAUDS!!!!

OMG!!! This place is AMAZING, AWESOME, the atmosphere is calming. Very clean staff gets a 10/10. I went 11-19-23 @ 1:24 pm they opened at 1pm. It’s in a strip Mall on Stage Road. Plenty of parking, it was nice and clean and comfy on the inside. They had tv’s up with the game on. I’m a Cowboys fan so I could watch the game while I waited in my order. The man and lady that was on duty very friendly and professional. He said your a cowboys fan? I said yes, he said you didn’t see the sign that said Tn Vol only ???. I said no but I saw the sign that said COWBOYS FANS ALWAYS WELCOME EVERYWHERE ????. The lady took my order it was ready in about 15 min. I got Kran Kings Loaded Platter, I added 1 cluster. It came with 3 cluster’s 2 eggs, potatoes, 3 sausages and 17 Shrimp. My flavor was Cajun Butter may cost $77.38. I will post pic, when I say finger licking good OH MY GOD!!!! It was worth every penny. If you have never tried this place I highly recommend that you get on over there. They also serve alcoholic beverages, I will try them when I dine in and not driving ????. They are straight garbage! My fish was not done and soaking with grease. The seafood boil I ordered was not done either. The potato's were hard on the inside and the sausage and shrimp not fully cooked. This place is terrible and I ordered ahead of time and still had to wait for half done food. I will never go back!!

UPDATE: I sat here for a whole hour and was the FIRST customer. This man never started on my food. Was up front helping the young lady move stuff so he saw me in here ordering. An hour goes by and she never attempted to check on my food. A whole hour has gone by. My lunch is over. And i dont have my food. No, i wont be back.Food is always good but you better order way ahead of time. Got here shortly before 1PM. They open at 1:00.Its 1:55 and im still waiting on my food... my whole lunch break is gone. Just be sure to order ahead online. Fresh food is a plus but i dont expect to wait an hour at a resturant let alone a lunch pick up unless its super busy. I was the first customer... so maybe they arent here early enough to prep.... idk. 2PM and im still waiting for food thats already paid for and Im going to be super late getting back and wont even have time to eat it now.

Soooooo disappointed. Ordered surf and turf fries. They were so dry, they needed a cheese sauce or some type of sauce to hold all the ingredients together. Fries greasy and barely cooked. Also ordered fried fish. Basically, they were fish tenders. Really small strips that were overpriced for a 3pc fish only. Spent $28 for just these two items. Not worth me returning to try anything else.

We waited and hour after ordering. Our order was forgotten about. Even after an hour our food was cold, potatoes were hard and barely cooked. Everything was very underwhelming and disappointing for the amount of money we spent.

I love Krab kingz. Seafood boil, fried food, drinks, all of it is so delicious. The drinks are also good. The service is always top tier and the food is always fresh. They now have a lounge which is very nice if you want a place to chill and vibe with friends or solo.

Today, I drove 45 minutes out of my way to try the surf and turf fries. Let me let you all know that it is definitely worth it. These fries with shrimp, beef, cheese, and so many other ingredients are devine. The customer service from the wonderful girl up front is also a class act. She made sure I got exactly what I wanted and was so polite. Her attitude made the wait worth it because she is a very professional and customer service oriented individual.
