The Absolute worst KK I have ever been to. I WILL NEVER GIVE THEM MY BUSINESS AGAIN. These people are the most digusting people on the planet they could care less how far you drove to get there and they have no desire to help you. To the owner I would FIRE every one of them. They had doughnuts but wouldn’t honor a nationwide coupon because they didn’t have any glazed. WHOS FAULT IS THAT? Not the customer! Complete stupidity! why would you not do the best you can to help your customers. Probably because they don’t care. They just sit around sucking up Air-conditioning wishing you never came to that establishment. To all of the people in the area DONT GIVE THIS PLACE YOUR BUISNESS.

I placed an order online...get to the store before 5pm only to find the inside closed...that really grinded my gears because drive thru was really long I waited in line almost 40 mins and I get to the speaker and still have to about 5 mins before anyone greets me...I gave them a pass the other day because they didn't have any original donuts at 8am and I tried my luck again only be inconvenienced and irritated...I use to love this place please fix whatever is going on because it's unacceptable and ridiculous

Donuts vary on the time, service sux because 4 da life of me if they give you a receipt it never works on the app so u can collect points, so its a waste. Atmosphere aint da best in black haven.otherwise, asdocistes sre not courteous or helpful period.
Was craving something sweet. So the hubby and I decided to go for a late night drive. We drove 45 minutes to this establishment. We arrived at 9:30. Two employees were sitting in the lobby and one was working the window. Needless to say they had absolutely nothing we needed. No glaze donuts and no chillers. Everyone that was in line with us (4 cars ahead of us) just drove off when the got to the mic to order. I assume they didn’t have anything for them either. You might as well say they were closed at 9:30. The employees inside definitely looked like they were just riding the clock and just waiting to go home. They looked SOOOOO unprofessional! According to the other reviews the message that is given is to not come here early in the morning or late at night. WHAT A COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME!!!!
