First off I love Krispy Kreme. I eat it maybe twice a year because I’ve changed the way I eat but today was a cheat day. Why is it say the hours are from 6 AM to 10 PM but at 11 o’clock today I stopped to get my kid and myself a doughnut for the first time and I don’t know how long and apparently they’re closed. There’s people they’re working painting the lines in the parking lot cleaning glass, but I was unable to purchase a doughnut for my toddler and myself and found that curious. Mainly because it just wasn’t me and my thought, though there was 4 or 5 cars ahead of us and all of them were turned away also. Did you guys Fail a health department inspection just let us know what’s going on.

Had a sweet tooth came to the Elvis pres. Location at 7:15p.m. Only drive thru was available. The guy did not greet us as he stated they didn't have any GLAZED DONUTS. NO CINNABON NO DOTS NO RASPBERRY FILLS ONLY CHOCOLATE SPRINKLE 😤 WAS AVAILABLE IN THE FEW OTHER DONUTS THAT NO ONE RARELY EATS. IM SO DISAPPOINTED AT THIS LOCATION. I AM BIG ON CUSTOMER SERVICE.IF THE LOCATION CLOSE AT 11 WHY NOT HAVE GLAZED DONUTS AVAILABLE. KIDS ARE LAZY THESE DAYS STOP RIDING THE CLOCK IN DO YALL JOB.

My husband and I saw the Harry Potter Collection and decided to try it out. He called a closer location, but they were not helpful, unwilling to say if they even had the donuts, much less hold any for him. He called the Elvis Presley location, and they were very helpful. They helped him decide what to buy and agreed to hold an order for him provided he arrived by a certain time because they kept selling out. Every time we have been to this location, they have been friendly, and the store is kept clean. It is worth the drive (across the city for us) to buy from the Elvis Presley store.

I am writing to formally raise a serious concern regarding the ongoing issues at your [specific location]. This store currently reflects a 4.2 rating online, but the actual level of service does not align with that number—if anything, it falls below a 2.

There is a consistent pattern of staff closing the store before the scheduled time, sometimes as much as 30 minutes early. Multiple customers, myself included, have experienced this, and the reviews publicly confirm it. The staff at this location appear unsupervised, unprofessional, and immature, with no adult leadership in place. This has created an environment where customers are left frustrated and underserved.

The lack of accountability is unacceptable. Just because this location operates in a predominantly Black neighborhood does not mean we should be expected to tolerate substandard service. Our community deserves the same level of professionalism, respect, and accountability that is provided in any other area.

I am asking directly: when will corporate step in to enforce proper oversight and make the necessary changes at this store? A corporate presence is clearly needed to ensure staff are properly trained, supervised, and held accountable to your brand’s standards.

I look forward to your prompt response and to seeing real corrective action taken at this location.

I attempted to visit your location twice between 9:00 and 9:30 p.m. During both visits, it appeared the store was in the process of closing. Unfortunately, there was no response when I used the intercom, pulled up to the window, or attempted to get attention by knocking. I wanted to bring this to your attention, as it was unclear whether the location had closed earlier than the posted hours or if there was another issue.

They completely ripped me off. I ordered two nice items for my family, and they gave me a wrong cheap item instead. They even put my correct items on the ticket on the box, and still sent me the wrong thing instead. Extremely unprofessional, and I better get my refund.
