The service wasn't good. The store opens at 6 am. I was in the drive through at 6 ,sat at the speaker for 5 mins , then pulled to the window . I sat at the window for another 5 mins before blowing my horn. Note that a worker was in the front, rearrange donuts. I know she saw my car at the speaker or the window or both. She did not immediately come to the window after I blew my horn it took her 2 minutes. Once she came to the window she had an unfriendly attitude. She said " Yes ma'am may I help you?" . I responded with yes I want a dozen of please donuts. She said we don't have any glazed donuts ready! She started to explain about the temperature of the grease to cook the donuts and how it has to be at a certain temperature, etc. I say there isn't any donuts ready? She then said we have old donuts from last night that's on you if you want them. ( Attitude)I don't know how the operations work at Krispy Kreme but I would think that if the store opens up at 6:00 a.m. that there will be fresh donuts available for purchase even if they are not hot. I still purchased a dozen donuts they were cold of course, they were okay. Also the register wasn't even ready for customers purchases.

Hubbie in rehab after mini stroke and wanted donuts. Only took about 15 minutes. Look for the 'red donut' to be lite up; the donuts are hot and ready. Delicious! I do say inflation hasn't been kind, prices are up.

I really wish that you guys would consider serving regular glazed doughnuts in the month of march instead of leaving no option but to buy doughnuts full of green food coloring I’m pretty sure y’all lose a lot of business during this month u should still sale regular doughnuts every body doesn’t want green

Did not feel welcomed at all... We are from out of town and that was the only Krispy Kreme around we were staying in Jackson, TN from Louisville, KY and went to Krispy Kreme after visiting beale street and what not, Long story short the donuts were stale, Wasn't a welcoming experience which is normal with teenagers but was told the donuts we wanted they didn't have in stock which was a lie, Then some lady took over and said they did she was friendlier than the young kid he was a jerk that shouldn't have a customer service job he should be like one of those call representative people, And our total was way more than one the menu, We was charged more we said something about it and he said since I got raspberry filled it was 2 dollars more than regular donuts which was weird because I've never heard of it at least not $2.00 more so I was like whatever paid and left. We got a dozen & paid around 22
Left event at Graceland Sound Stage and arrived at Krispy Kreme drive thru at 9:48PM. Hours say they close at 10PM. Immediately got a "We're Closed" from the speaker. Looked inside and all the employeess had their belongings ready to walk out.Really unacceptable for a an established business to shut down before their listed hours.This place used to have excellent customer service and great treats.Extremely disappointed with this experience.

These doughnuts are heavenly especially when they are hot and fresh, definitely the best I've ever tasted! I also love their frozen coffee, it's my family's Sunday tradition ? HIGHLY recommend just wish there were more
