Store supposed to open at 6:00 a.m.. My mother and I had just left the airport at 5am after she flew in from Chicago. We got to this location we'll before "opening time" of course but we were excited to get some fresh donuts, but then we were told we could not come in to order at 6:36am "because there's just one cashier" so we were told drive thur only so wanting those fresh glazed donuts we went and got in the truck and went to the drive thur where we were told they had everything but glazed donuts..... đą But I had to ask what was being glazed on the conveyor line at which I was told donut holes glazed donut holes so we order some of those as we leave we start munching on them and notice that they are all smushed and flat like someone showed them down in the box..... Y'all that is some of the worst service ever... I would absolutely hate it if I owned that establishment and my employees treated my customers that way... And I won't answer that which dish do you recommend because they'd probably be out of it....

They said they did not have any kind of coffee available. Period. None. They seemed to have an attitude that I asked for a cup of coffee. The worst Krispy Kreme ever. Fail. Zero. Seriously.

I had read about a Super Bowl donut special. The donuts were shaped like brown footballs with white lacing and had crĂšme filling. Also, you got a second dozen of regular donuts for $2. The staff had not heard about it, but checked on it for me. On top of that, I didnât know that you had to have the app to take advantage of the offer. I didnât have the app. The manager let me use her one-time coupon to use the offer. Great customer service to get my snacks for my Super Bowl party!

Feb 6th 2025 me and my daughter decided to get her class some donuts for testing and student council. We went at 7:45am and it was one lady there Iâm guessing the manager when we pulled up she was on the phone with her mom saying she needs a key and a young man never showed up for work I asked her to scan my rewards she looked at me like i was interrupting her phone conversation with her mom. She looked liked she just got out of bed and just came straight to work. Gave me and my daughter cold donuts from the night before I even asked can they be made fresh? She said no and asked when were they made she said last night and they donât go old until 8pm tonight. (Are you serious ) I even pulled up and asked can I have some napkins at least and she said to pull back around for napkins and for me to put the donuts in my microwave to warm up. This location has gone to hell these young ppl they hiring and hiring family members isnât professional at all. I will be reaching out to corporate to get my money back cause thatâs a shame you have to get cold donuts rude and sloppy service that early in the morning ughhhh smh never again!!!!

Went inside and when we started ordering, we said the blue heart shaped donut...lady argued with us saying it's purple, we could see the purple donuts below it but we were trying to order the blue not the purple. We ended up leaving. Stop trying to argue with guest especially when I can clearly see colors. Was then told they probably messed something up but it was supposed to be purple....honestly the dumbest argument I've had. We just left and went to another donut shop
Google says they close at 10 p.m. at the Hacks Crossing location yet every single time we come they're closed. It's 9 p.m. on January 16th and they're closed. Fix the time or get employees who want to stay until closing.

I went inside specifically to look to see what they had and place an order face to face. I didn't get the correct flavored fruit filled donut, and the cream filled had NOTHING in it. It was all dough with some chocolate on it and it was hard like it was made the day before. Even walking into the store it smelled like old stale oil in the air. I will never come here again as they are too stupid to get the order right.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I'm not understanding no matter when you order a specific item(s) they never have them. I placed an online order, the donuts were old and they didn't have cinnamon rolls. We work closer to this location, so we order from here. 10/10 they never have certain donuts that's not glazed, they're not open when they should be, and will get orders wrong. Oh and them answering the phone is definitely out of the question. I'm not sure what's wrong but this will be my last time ordering from here.
Literally every time I come here no matter what times or days, there is a different excuse for why I can't get donuts: that deal is online only, deal is app only, we aren't participating in the deal, we're not taking any orders right now, we are out of donuts, the system is down, the special is physically in store only and not drive thru, and on and on. It's ridiculous. Go somewhere else.
