The employees had such fun interacting with each other as the hot donuts rolled off the assembly line! I bought 3 dozen boxes to share and eat! They make THE BEST DONUTS EVER!!

Why y’all got the hot light then tell customers it will be 15mins until they ready. Worst get someone in there that can the donuts ready on time as much as they cost and rude worker with attitudes and you only making donuts get out here and due some real manual labor.Then lie like they can’t take orders thru drive thru

The service here is horrid. The store was locked so we had to go through the drive-through. The food was not up to other Krispy Kreme standards. We will not be going back to this place.

Good doughnuts but horrible customer service. I was the only customer at the drive thru and no customer inside. The manager took my order, she started yelling through the mic half way through the order. The co-worker with glasses received us at the window, apologized to us on her behalf

Was giving this place a 2 star until I went home and realized she gave me the wrong strawberry doughnuts. This piss poor service is insane. How hard is it to put the right doughnuts in a box.

I drive through at this location a couple of times a month and order a dozen chocolate iced glazed donuts. I've always been sold exactly that. Today, I was informed that I wasn't allowed to buy a dozen, only half dozen, and that whoever had sold them to me before should have been fired. She doesn't have to worry about it ever again. Won't be back. I'm sure another location, ANY other location would be glad to have my business.
They do a whole lot of nothing with bad attitudes. The man that makes the donuts in the morning is worse than a female gossiping. Shouldn't have to wait forever when it's just donuts. Unprofessional and unorganized. Need a new crew.

I absolutely love Krispy Kreme doughnuts. However, the customer service and accuracy of orders at this location is poor and disappointing. I ordered a raspberry filled doughnut, cinnamon roll, and 10. Donut dots. Picked up my order just to receive six glazed donuts. This is not my first time receiving the incorrect Order. It seems that rather than informing the customer something is not available. They simply give you what they want to give you. On a separate occasion, I was told that my online order could not be honored because their system was down and that I would have to contact Customer service to get a refund despite showing the person my receipt.
I was really looking forward to my cinnamon roll. I was gonna have to raspberry doughnut tomorrow. Unfortunately I’ll have to settle with 6 original glazed donuts. They’re delicious, but not what I asked for.
