The worst customer service ever. I stood at the counter over 5 minutes before I was even asked to be helped. Once I placed my order and going to pay. Cashier doesn’t have any change. So, I left without getting anything. I’ll never go back.

Wanted 1 dozen mixed with the Hershey's cake donut added to box. Was told I would have to order a whole dz box of the Hershey's Chocomania. So I ordered 1box of Choc sprinkles & The 1 box of Hershey's, DIDN'T EVEN HAVE 1 OF THE CHOC CAKE DONUT IN THE BOX! THATS THE ONLY REASON I WANTED IT. Spent $18.99 and THEY DIDNT EVEN PUT 1 CHOC CAKE DONUT N THE BOX!!!

I knew the hot sign wasn't on but I've had regular temperature Krispy Kreme that was still soft and fresh. I just paid $15 for some doughnuts that seem 2 days old and I don't even feel like arguing with these Memphis people about my money back because our aggression towards each other doesn't equal from others that have done way worse in history. Everything in this city is terrible..If you have a business here it won't last more than 2 years

I ordered a dozen glaze doughnuts. I get to the window was greeted by the cashier I watched her do other things for about 10 minutes before she came to the window. She took my card to cash me out I guess. I'm assuming there was an issue with the register. Idk because she never communicated anything to me she just walked around with my card. I had to honk my horn to get her attention to get my card. Really disappointed because the HOT NOW sign was on and I didn't get anything. Communication is everything and they failed.
