Today I went in the store to pick up western union. The lady behind the counter said.”we closed” well that odd it says online your hours are 0800 to open. So I said your closed. Yes we closed. Ok I’ll bit what time you open. We ain’t got no people. Kroger do something anything. I had to go to another western union for my service. Where is customer service? The lady was the one that works there? Does it take two to do a transaction ?

The BEST Kroger. I mostly use the pick up. They always have what I need in stock and on the rare occasion I don’t, they’ll call before substituting! They don’t even have to do that. Always friendly and professional. It may be not the “fanciest” Kroger, but it is solid.

Couldn’t enter this krogers because I had a small crossover purse but enter the Krogers off of Houston Levee and they allow me to enter with no problems. This krogers have always been downhill and unprofessional.

Not one single time have I EVER in three years been able to get what was on my list even when I just have 3 or 4 items. The app will say in stock but it’s absolutely un dependable and I normally am trying to hurry before my car gets broken into

I’ve shopped at this Kroger for 16 years. . Very fond of a few employees, that have stood the stand of time. Store is always clean. Shopping carts are always available. I know the store by heart. My husband rarely goes to store for me. He likes Germantown Kroger. I don’t.

They have employees following customers through out the store with walkie talkies. They only harass ?? skin people and let others shop in peace. I will never spend another dime at this location.
