The Kroger Fuel Center at this store is consistently dirty. The vast majority of the time, the receipt printers at the fuel dispensers fail to work. The location is extremely convenient, but consistently unimpressive. I only fuel up here whenever my earned fuel points lower the price of their gasoline to below the price of Costco's, which is located directly across the street.

Their pharmacy is horrible! If you know you have an attitude and the customer which by the way is in pain don’t talk crazy to said customer about a prescription yall called and said was ready! This is my last time coming to this location for my medicine, rude very unprofessional! Trina is what the receipt said wish she had a name tag on! Customer service is never opened for money orders/cashing checks etc! Lines be in other departments! Just crazy!

So after shopping at this Kroger location this afternoon, I got home and found 20+ dollars of groceries missing from my shopping trip. I did not use self check out. I checked out with the checker and another person bagged my groceries. And put them in my cart. I left the store with that cart, emptied the entire cart into my car. When I got home and unloaded my groceries I found that all my meat products did not make it into the cart after they were supposedly bagged by the Kroger bagger. I have to blame this on Kroger and the person who bagged my groceries. Either they left them on the checkout stand or they deliberately stole them. I have now tried to call This Kroger store twice with no one answering. It is late Saturday evening and I am not going to drive 20 miles back to the store. I'm probably just going to have to write off this $20. I will never go back to this location. I can only assume that the bagger stole my groceries. If you needed $20 worth of meat you could ask me for it I would've given it to you. And Kroger what kind of people are you hiring?

My rating is a 0. It's dirty, low with product, and the lines are always long. The self check out is a joke. Every time I use self check out one of the cashiers has to come do an override because it's too sensitive and tells me I didn't bag the item. If you go tho this store to pick up a couple of items expect to wait a while at check out. This is the worst Kroger ever! I live very close to this store and refuse to go back. I now drive to Germantown.

I made a click list order on 4/9 that was supposed to be ready the same day. It is currently 4/16 and I have been waiting 3 hours for "the last few items" to be picked and brought out to me. Don't use this service unless you want to spend all day waiting.

Amid all the panic buying , although some of the shelves were wiped clean, this store has it together! Enough checkouts open and lines formed so as to not block the shopping aisles!

Although I live in midtown, and love the Kroger there, the Winchester is conveniently located on my way home from work. I love being able to pick up something from the deli after a long day at the office. However, after many attempts, in hopes, things would get better, I cannot bring myself to battle the checkout dysfunction again. When there are two registers-open during rush hour and the so it yourself checkout is lined up halfway to the back of the store, it’s just not wor
Is it just me or is it an awful experience for everyone now? The lanes are always crowded- even if you check yourself out. They made the counters shorter so all your food backs up. They never have enough baggers. Things are all over the store instead of organized. I hate it. Kroger used to be about service but not anymore. I am actually doing more shopping at Walmart--that's how much I dislike this 'new' Kroger. I wish a different grocery store would come into Collierville.

Nothing redeeming about this place. Dirty, low stock, leaky roof, wet floors & cranky people. Just here on a day trip ... the general culture of this location was just funky & nobody seemed to want to be there, neither employees or shoppers, dang! Just shut it down already!!
