Their pharmacy is horrible! If you know you have an attitude and the customer which by the way is in pain don’t talk crazy to said customer about a prescription yall called and said was ready! This is my last time coming to this location for my medicine, rude very unprofessional! Trina is what the receipt said wish she had a name tag on! Customer service is never opened for money orders/cashing checks etc! Lines be in other departments! Just crazy!

Amid all the panic buying , although some of the shelves were wiped clean, this store has it together! Enough checkouts open and lines formed so as to not block the shopping aisles!

Although I live in midtown, and love the Kroger there, the Winchester is conveniently located on my way home from work. I love being able to pick up something from the deli after a long day at the office. However, after many attempts, in hopes, things would get better, I cannot bring myself to battle the checkout dysfunction again. Although I live in midtown, and love the Kroger there, the Winchester is conveniently located on my way home from work. I love being able to pick up something from the deli after a long day at the office. However, after many attempts, in hopes, things would get better, I cannot bring myself to battle the checkout dysfunction again. When there are two registers-open during rush hour and the so it yourself checkout is lined up halfway to the back of the store, it’s just not worth the location convenience. I have watch many time as people because frustrated and leave a full cart, after waiting to checkout. A lady in front of me on a prior occasion, turned around and said , I say every time, “ Never Again “... at that time , I assumed she was just being impatient on the stores “off day”.. sadly not the case. Kroger management is a decent paying job with good benefits. Let step it up people!!

Just walked in for one item and didn’t stay long. It’s free AC IN a heat wave and they’ve been offering free bottled waters at some Kroger locations, Didn’t see if they were offering.

Yesterday... 7/16/19 approx. 7:30 pm. Went in for chicken salad and the associate in the deli was preparing food with NO GLOVES
