Seems there is a policy to ONLY SERVE UBER /DOOR DASH orders at 3am. All other drive thru service is denied. However this is not listed in the hours off operation. Be aware

Bun on burgers was soggy. Had to remove and just eat the meet. Bag of burgers bunless. Not what I wanted. Krystal's is my favorite go-to burger joint from childhood till now at 60. Was not a good experience

There were Homeless people begging for money. By the time I got my order, it was wrong and Cold. I ordered Crystal with bacon.Instead of fixing my order. They just gave me a container with bacon in it.

I decided to indulge after work. Sheriff car behind me while getting my order. Tired from shift. Waiting on order with two cars ahead. I googled this Krystal's and it said 24 hours. The food is very fresh and hot. The donut balls taste like Krispy creme. I recommend this place. Be careful in the parking area, it needs resurfacing.

Food was ok. Have had better. We were passing through on vacation. Employees were rude. We had a large order. The cashier didn't even let me finish ordering and tries telling me my total. Then the cook was upset for having to make a large order. (We got 2 of the 24 packs). They weren't busy. They had 2 customers other than us. And the place was disgusting.

Pulls up at 5 15am this morning lady say only door dash and uber eats but wouldn't take my order for a bowl of grits. So she then say system down.
Spend more time on their phone than on customer service. But all in all, it was good

Placed an online order at ~4 AM. When I get there about 10 minutes later, the drive through cashier is yelling out the back door that they are "changing over." I hear someone with a Door Dash order in front of me get turned away, and they drove off. I get to the speaker and they find my order, and told me to pull around. While waiting, I saw the grill person cover about a dozen Krystal burgers and try to open up some boxes, yet saw three other vehicles go to the speaker and get turned away; while my order was NOT ready. Why is this 24/7, yet they turn people away, when it is almost 90 minutes until breakfast? That should NOT take over an hour to change. THEN when I get home, they missed three of my items in my order of 12 things, even though the receipt I got showed the order of the right things... And these people want $15 an hour, and STILL cannot get a simple order right! Forget that! Never coming back... ever!

Do not go here!! I just spent an hour waiting on 24 krystals spent $49 and the lady wanted to get an attitude with me when I told her they were wrong. Then she tried to tell me she couldn't remake them and couldn't give me a refund. Are you serious?? Finally got them "redone' and of course they are cold. If you don't wanna work then keep your ass at home!
