My favorite place to get a burger and subpar is being nice waited 5 to 10 min in empty restaurant to be waited on and she had an attitude also will go to Krystal again but not that one

How does it take them over 25 minutes on an online pickup order for a dozen tiny burgers and some fries? What happened to fast food? Every time i come here they have you pull. Around and wait 30 minutes for someone to bring it out to you. The restaurant isnt even busy!!!! I remember they'd give you the food free if it took longer than 3 minutes.

Part of order was not done and the other part was dried out. I drove back to the store for a refund. The pies were kept everything else was returned. It may be time to shut this place down.

If I could go lower, I would! Ordered online and picked up my order around 820pm. The female workers there were EXTREMELY rude. There's no reason to talk to people like she did us. I don't care if she had a bad day or not. We all do. Get over yourself. Then not only was she extremely rude, they didn't even have my entire order. Before I could ask about a substitute since I had already paid online, she shoved the bag of food at me And shut the window in my face. I will be calling about her to her district manager. Horrible place!

I placed a mobile pickup order that was to be ready at 10pm. I arrived at 9:58pm on the drive thru and was immediately told to pull around to the front door. I ended up leaving at 10:43pm as I never received my order and watched 19 cars enter and leave drive thru with their orders.
This was not only poor customer service, but unacceptable to be standing outside for over 30 minutes. I don't expect anything to come from this, as I'm told it's the norm...Have to do better!

Food had a weird taste to it. Bread was very hard bacon Krystal tasted old. Coke icee had very weird chemical smell to it throw it out window. Will not go back.

Very slow drive thru. Gets order wrong the last 3 times. Cold, stale buns, and very rude. Avoid this location. Price is ridiculous, they are pricing their product out of business
