On November 17th around 6 pm, I placed an order for two # 1 combos with cheese, one combo with extra pickle. I paid $21.71. There was only one car waiting in front of me, butI was told to pull into a parking space and wait for my fries to be done cooking. The order was brought out to me. I got home, no receipt. Neither of the orders had extra pickle as requested. The onions were brown in color and over cooked. The cheese was not fully melted. The burgers were lukewarm as well as the meat being pink in areas. The fries were lukewarm as well. I only live about 7 minutes away and none of this should have been the case. The entire order seemed like it was old food, none of it was fresh. I ate two of the burgers from one combo but ultimately decided to visit the restaurant where I was told there was no way to go into the system to get a refund, I definitely did not want it to be remade. A lady was leaving who I believe may have been a head manager when I placed my order, so I was unable to talk with her. I dumped the food at the nearest gas station garbage. I hope to not get sick. I should have checked the latest score from the TN Health Department before visiting this location. There is no latest score only the one from May 2025 of 87. I went against my better judgment to visit this location. Germantown Parkway was the better choice. I feel as though they gave me whatever food they had so they could take their smoke break which I observed being done as I was pulling out of the parking lot.
UPDATE: November 23rd -I was asked to contact customer care. I did the same day that I placed this Google review on November 17th and still have heard nothing back.

Dining room suppose to close at 8pm yet doors locked when I arrived a 6:08pm. Tried drive thru but car in front of me was yelling hello is anybody there and I waited 5 more minutes and no one ever came to the speaker. As I pulled off I seen a worker in lobby talking on cellphone. This place is horrible. Just fire the staff

I’m honestly tired of the Krystal’s on Sycamore View. Every time I pull up there — and it’s not often, maybe once in a blue moon — the experience is always disappointing. Tonight I came around 7 p.m. (not even late), and they still didn’t have the food ready.
I asked what the wait time was because I wasn’t trying to sit around forever, and the manager told me, “Oh, it won’t take but a few minutes.” Next thing I know, she makes me pull forward and wait anyway. I paid $13 for a meal and didn’t even get my drink at first. When I asked about it, she acted like I was bothering her, went inside, and didn’t come back out for over a minute — just to bring a drink!
It’s like the staff gets offended when you simply ask questions or expect your food to come out quickly. That’s what fast food is supposed to be — fast! The service and management here seriously need improvement. I won’t be coming back unless something changes, because the way they treat customers is ridiculous.

Not the best parts of town, but that lady working the window at nights, is a real breath of fresh air, she is the MVP of that establishments is is there almost every night. She goes out of her way to make sure the customer is happy. The food is so so, but its Krystals 😅 thay lady though locked me in to coming back for sure though.

Stopped by for a bite to eat, so I ordered the 5 for 7 deal. 3 chz Krystal, small tots and a corn pup. Everything was cold the corn pup tasted like it had been re-dropped in the grease, the chz Krystals tasted like they had been in the refrigerator and the tots were just barely edible. Krystal is my favorite restaurant and I'm highly disappointed by the service that I received
