Dirty, slow, food was soggy, fries cold. Took 10 minutes after order to get food. I used to love Krystal but the last few times at this and other locations my experience was horrible. I'm never going again

I was shocked that the outside of the building was so filthy! It's off a busy street but that was ridiculous the amount of trash in the lot.
The inside was much better but they were seriously shorthanded. However, it was a wait to get your food and there were not a lot of people waiting. It was so cold in the building until the dine-in expirence I was looking forward to became a take-out meal to be eaten in the car..
The food.... There was a scoop of grits that was so dry that when you broke them they just fell to pieces. I was so glad I had a bottle of hot water to moisten them up and added a little butter. The biscuit was hard but we were able to make it work.
Would I return...? No, but I hope the manager and Krystal get things under control at that location.

There was no option for 0 stars. They totally got my order wrong. Eggs WAY over cooked, extra sausagethat was paid for totally forgotten. Said they didn't have a money return policy. Had to return my money because they CANNOT cook an egg to order. When i tell you the ignorance of the staff was unbelievable , put it in the bank. Who can't cook eggs?

Mobile App order placed at 1103, when I arrived I waited another 30 mins and order was still wrong when handed to me. I was not informed of 2 items I ordered being out of stock upon my arrival ,I was told this after handed my food with the missing items. Substituting was not a breeze I had to ask for substitution of items instead of it being offered. No apologies for the inconvenience and poor communication. Finally received substitution items at 1139 , and now no condiments were available for items. Not 1 single condiment available. No offer of a drink or extra item for the wait or screw up. Staff is all over the place. Unorganized. Communication is poor within team and to customers. Will not stop here again.

I think at least 1 of the other 5 customers that had to pull up to the side to wait on our order would agree.
False advertising on the shirts worn that read *Hot and Fast* was not for the Sycamore View location.
Just have some patience if you visit that location..

Messed up my eggs so they recooked then and have me tots instead of grits and toast was very close to being burned. Took almost 30 min to get breakfast. Store was clean.
Whoever was working the drive through tonight needs to be fired and never work a customer service job again, She’s was extremely rude and acted like she hates her job, was a young girl
