They need more lights in the parking lot and inside. I almost thought they were closed because it looked dark on the inside. Not the best Krystals I've had. It was salty. Service was friendly! I'll give them another chance. They did look under staffed.

Today, 12/23/25, I visited this location in the morning. Shortly after eating, I became extremely sick—diarrhea, nausea, and vomiting—all after eating four Krystals. I strongly recommend staying away from this location, as it appears to be very unclean.

Driving to Alabama from Houston and stopped at this hell hole. Employees were nice enough. Asked for a 12 pack of cheese Krystal’s… with no onions. They must just microwave these things… soggy buns… weird pale brown meat. I walked inside because they forgot my fries and I saw the cook just laying all the meat on the counter scraping off onions. I don’t know how this place is still open. Fries were the best part and that’s not saying much. Safe to say I’ll never go to Krystal again.

I gave four stars since my French fries went to the Asian guy. I love fries and they were going to throw them away. The Asian guy gave them to me. The food was freshly cooked. The staff was small.

The managers attitude was terrible asked me three times if I was buying food before I could use the restroom my response every time was yes. Feeling profile and incriminated my was response was I drove cross town for your food only to feel unwanted I left not purchasing nothing and I’ll never visit this location. Black lady manager. Today is 10/31/2025 7:30 pm. I wouldn’t recommend an enemy cause as I was the only customer in drive thru or the inside I see why no one comes here. I hope this makes it to your corporate office so they can see how you cost them money and a customer

Put in an online order for 12:15 PM, food came out 30 minutes later at 12:45 PM. The guy working barely said two words to me that entire time so I never even knew if they were working on my order. Missing multiple things but I'm not about to try and communicate that and wait another god knows how long to get what I'm missing. There's too many places to eat in this area, don't waste your time or money at this one.

The inside was never clean when I did DoorDash and the workers always rude. Went for myself twice in the last two months and both times there were no other customers and I still had to pull to the side and wait over 10 minutes for my order. Then the sandwiches were so poorly made the 2nd time I won’t waste time or money anymore with the location even if it is 3 minutes from my home. This location needs new management
