The workers that work the early morning shift will do anything to NOT work. This spot is 24 hours, but depending on whoâs working, âweâre not taking orders at this time,â or âweâre only accepting cash at this time.â Then they get mad if youâre patient and decided to wait. At 4:35am Lady said weâre not taking orders at this time. I asked when will yall resume. After a few moments she replied and stated at 5:00am. I said ok and then left. I came back at 4:55am. She was rude and said I canât sit at her window, I need to pull around. I said I only want to look at the menu for a moment. I pulled around and at 5:00am I went back into the drive through to place my order. She clearly donât want to work for her money, so she walked off and never returned. Management, yall need to do better with holding these âworkers,â accountable. Clearly, they are used to this routine with no feedback.

Customer service was very poor. There were no napkins, the ice cream machine was out of order, the bread was extremely hard, and the fries were lukewarm. Just throw the entire store away.

The young lady that took my order wasn't friendly at all. And after try 3, they finally got my order right. This was around 10pm. I ALWAYS have to pull up in front of the building to wait for my food.
I always take the chance to get Krystals or White Castles (depending on my location) and have never been disappointed. When around one, I'll get at least 3 - 24 packs, or their equivalent, of different choices and love it. Especially since I'm in Southern Arkansas, and it takes hours to get to one. So when I do, I love it. This Krystals have the food just the way my girlfriend and I like it (she's a picky eater), so the experience was great.

Seems the only thing that happens with a bad review is we get a reply that things will get better when in actually with evidence posted throughout months it doesn't. Spend your money here if you want, but understand that you're spending your money here with folks who don't care... from the head office to the hourly employees

Ordered with uber food took 2 hours then was cold, dry around edges, bread soggy, no flavor, dry pickles, and barely mustard, and non fresh onions. đ€ź bought 24 pack and all was nasty now that i think about thaey are always nasty now. They going to shut that location down soon or fire everybody and put in New management from Manager to staff. They must dont Care or not Trained correctly either way stay away.
