My grits were not hot.. they were warm. The sausage patties were fresh and hot. I asked for sweet tea and got unsweetened. I asked for ONE SLICE OF TOAST cut in half and seems like I got a whole loaf of bread (2).Also I had to wait for at least 8 minutes or more just to get that AFTER I ordered it. I had to pull around the bldg and wait..and wait..and wait... would I return there.. probably not. Krystal in general...the service has really declined overall...even at the one's in GA. Which the majority of them have closed.

The fact I was told to pull around the store to the front door after ordering and they would bring it out to me only to wait almost 20 minutes(there was only 1 other car ahead of me who was waiting at the front door when I pull into the parking lot)and No customers inside!

Servers seemed uninterested in doing their job. Food was over salted. The bathroom was horrendous. They were out of ketchup, lemonade, milk, Coca Cola, etc.
There was a gentleman working that was great at getting my burgers remade as I am allergic to onions, and my first ones had them. He was the only one who seemed to like his job and wasn't on his phone.

The drive thru is super slow!! You wait in line to order, get to the windows and pay, only to be told to pull around to the side of the building and wait again for your food. I didn't have a problem with that until I pulled around and there was a whole other line of people waiting for their food too. The owner and general manager needs to know that they are cheating their drive thru timing system.
