I didn't like how I was in the restaurant and the assistant mgr told a good customer service cashier worker leave and clock out because she gave a Family member her number. Mgr was very rude and not good customer service.

The young lady who was working there deserves a big raise. As a truck driver I appreciate her kindness and respect.
BEWARE, went to the Krystal’s on Austin Peay, gave the drive thru my debit card to pay. My card declined. Called my bank to see why my card declined the next day. My bank informed me my card didn’t decline. The transaction was invalid because the worker tried to enter a PIN number without me knowing and she did it twice. This is not good. I will be contacting the corporate office. I feel if I contact management they are not going to do anything about this.

Should have went with my first mind,& went to a location where I felt more adults worked. I went over my order a few times to make sure it would be right. Got to the window,& received basically nothing bowl was half empty looking like slop wasn't even quite what I asked for. The girl left the window,& never came back,so I blew the horn several times,but got no one. Never Ever Returning NEVER that was extremely rude,& verrrry unprofessional. I'm paying MY MONEY what do u mean??????????
