I just had to come on here and show appreciation to the staff that worked the lunch (11:30-12:30) shift on 2-5-25. I ordered some food on DoorDash for delivery and it was delivered to my doorstep and I went to grab the food not even two minutes later and there were two stray dogs eating it off my porch, I went up to Krystal’s and explained the situation and they helped me out with no attitude or hesitation. Most people would have told me to make it DoorDash problem but they went above and beyond. Thank you truly, small actions like that can make someone’s day.

I had a uber order this morning from them and apparently the driver “took” the food and I couldn’t get any refund or any remake on my order for the next drivers . I’m a manager and I understand how things happen but this is a business . Make sure you answer your phone calls because anything can be happening and your customers can’t reach you and that’s how you lose business . Any manager that was on the floor should’ve made sure to answer the call or try to talk to the next uber person so the customer can know what’s going on with their order . Black people in management is really starting to piss me off not knowing how to manage or run a business because they don’t know any better . Please get yall shit together . Doesn’t make sense at all like make sure yall let these drivers confirm YOUR orders so these drivers can be responsible and held accountable for their bullshit so you guys won’t catch any bad reviews or have anything negative coming your way towards your business . I spent over 28+ with tip so I could receive my food Get yall shit together just because we in the hood doesn’t mean act like it . Sick of this bullshit like I never have an issue when I’m ordering food outside of Memphis or any other town that’s close like it’s always yall on bullshit .

Our order was completely WRONG, the fries were fresh but our Krystal's were cold, the cheese was slapped on the buns (unmelted). We asked for off the grill and got just the opposite! I even had an extra bun in the box with one of my Krystal's. It's sad that some people don't care about the service they provide! Won't be going back there for a while!
