Took a long time waiting for waffle sandwich and sandwich was very small for price. The food was good and fresh. Plus,the cashier display good customer service. Oh yea, the lobby was clean too.

Great place to stop and grab some grub if one may desire hot fast foods. There food is usually hot but service could really be better as far as customer cursurity and timing. They'll tell you to pull up in the drive thru just to make timing look good to the cameras for the manager. But there's always going to be a wait.

I always stop after a trip to Memphis. The people are friendly and the food is always great! Ive never had a problem with waiting on ordering, to get my food or any messed up orders. The closet Krystals to where i live is Millington and will never go there again i love this Krystals! Thank Yall for being awesome, courteous and friendly.
