Unfortunately, this was my first time here. My family and I decided to stop here for lunch on our way from Memphis to Nashville for a week long trip from Texas. Safe to say I will not be returning here. As soon as I walked in I noticed the floor as it had looked like it hadn’t been cleaned or swept in over a week and I counted 8 spiders just while ordering. The tables had not been cleaned either and our food took over 20 minutes to arrive to our table.

Two times in a row. I have been to this location only to leave each time with absolutely nothing. The first time I went the cashier couldn't make up her mind of how much these menu items cost it. The second time I went (i.e. this time) I got to the speaker and the cashier used the speaker to tell me that they have no power. Then I pull around and see the lights on in the building. But you're going to cook me food with no power. I don't understand how that works so you either have food sitting there that's been there since the power so-called went off or you're just as full of crap as the people from the first time I came.

I work 12 to 15 hours a day I have been eating krystal since I was a kid. I went to a location today for lunch and when I returned to work to eat my lunch the krystals were cold wet and extremely soggy. I didn't realize it until after I took the first bite and I immediately spit it out and threw it away. I also ordered chili cheese fries and they were horrible as well. Chili was cold and the fries were cold and hard. This is a disgrace to the food industry and I will no longer return to krystal's nor will I refer the restaurant itself.

I have never been so disgusted with a restaurant before. I stopped to get a chicken biscuit so I could take some medication. I ordered a chicken biscuit. It was the most disgusting “thing” I have ever seen.
First, it took more than 15 minutes to get my order. I noticed the bag had a funny smell and was greasy. Since I was in the drive thru and I was running late, I didn’t bother to check. I was only going to eat half so I could take medicine. However when I pulled over to get it in my system, the biscuit was burnt ( black). That was the smell - BURNT! I didn’t have time to get back in line because it was so long.

Usually fast food places are horrible in Memphis. I couldn't believe it. My fries were hot, Krystal sliders were great, and service was on point. Give those folks a raise. I was there at 930pm 4/9/25. Memphis fast food is trash but they were nice and accommodating.

Where do I even begin?? My fiancé and I decided to go to Krystal’s the other night around 9:30 pm. We hadn’t eaten all day so we were starving!! When we got our food we immediately started to dig in and eat! It was dark so we didn’t see our food at first! We both ate 2 whole Krystal’s and started to eat these third. My fiancé kept saying his were cold and wet and mine were too but I didn’t say anything because I was thinking it was just not super fresh. My fiancé was like no this isn’t right at all and turned the lights on… and to our surprise the meat was RAW!!!!! It was like canned dog food! Cold wet and pink! I had just recently been introduced to Krystal’s a few months ago so when I was eating mine I really tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and not say anything but my fiancé has been eating them his whole life and he just knew something wasn’t right. When we turned the lights on and we saw this horrible disgusting mess we were eating it caused my fiancé to immediately throw up! We went back through the drive through to talk to the manager. As we were pulling up we saw the cook in the lobby and his pants were dang near to the bottom of his butt! And you know they probably don’t make them wash their hands! When we got to the window the employee saw the little meat slobs for herself and admitted they were raw! Over the next several days we both had extreme diarrhea and missed a ton of work unfortunately! This was such a horrible experience and I’m saddened to say I’m officially done eating Krystal’s ! Every time I think about this situation I get sick thinking about how much they just didn’t care and how they served us that disgusting food!

I have never in my life wanted to give a place negative stars as badly as I want to give this place. The Mt Moriah location needs to be shut down. Seriously the night crew is the worst and I'm writing the review while sitting in the drive thru waiting on the lady to take my order after telling me to hold on 10mins ago. Everytime, I come here it's something wrong, from the employees just standing outside the front of the build smoking and ignoring the cars in the drive thru to them completely carrying on a conversation on the speaker but not acknowledging you sitting there waiting. It's almost like you are inconveniencing them to do their job. Ultimately, after sitting 15mins the lady gets on the speaker to tell me to hold on again so I just left. Being busy is understandable but I'm the only car in the drive thru and there 2 cars parked waiting on their order.
