I have never in my life wanted to give a place negative stars as badly as I want to give this place. The Mt Moriah location needs to be shut down. Seriously the night crew is the worst and I'm writing the review while sitting in the drive thru waiting on the lady to take my order after telling me to hold on 10mins ago. Everytime, I come here it's something wrong, from the employees just standing outside the front of the build smoking and ignoring the cars in the drive thru to them completely carrying on a conversation on the speaker but not acknowledging you sitting there waiting. It's almost like you are inconveniencing them to do their job. Ultimately, after sitting 15mins the lady gets on the speaker to tell me to hold on again so I just left. Being busy is understandable but I'm the only car in the drive thru and there 2 cars parked waiting on their order.

Ordered thru the Krystal website. Paid for milkshakes and drinks and were then told their icecream machine is down, yet they couldn’t refund the price we paid for the milkshakes? We also didn’t receive the drinks, half of our order was incorrect and the half that was correct was made terribly. Our jalapeño chicken sandwiches had a single jalapeño on them and some of the buns were ripped in half. Went in to talk to management and were told they didn’t even have an icecream machine. They said they couldn’t give us a refund because their website is powered thru DoorDash. Called DoorDash and they didn’t have the option to request a refund from Krystal. Worst food service experience ever.

Just left 5minutes ago on 2/13/25 at 9:30pm. Saw one person inside sitting on a bench. No one answered speaker. Drove to pickup window and knocked. No one ever came. This is not the first time. I won’t be back

3 cars in the drive thru when pulled in, but there was no inside, so I went to the counter,but there was no one at the counter. Eventually, someone from the prep area said someone would be with shortly, but after seeing 3 people in the back and more than a 10 minute wait, I walked out ,that location was not professional at all. It really sucks that I could see 3 people in the prep area and they would not help me. The owners really need to check on that location.

Very dirty, dated, and unkempt. They were out of pickels, ketchup, and ketchup packets. This location appears to be extremely mismanaged. The food was alright, though, despite the fact that they got our order wrong.

Got the 3 egg breakfast and asked for shelled eggs, bacon, grits, and toast. Got to the window, paid for my food and waited…. Received my food and drove not even a mile away…eggs had no warmth, cold to my tongue. Eggs were hard, dry as if they were scrambled hard and sitting in a cooler for awhile. Bacon was fried in grease..I can tell because the taste of the bacon was off and it was crumbled up tight and not in long strips. Toast was cold, grits was cold and lumpy. I’ll be glad when the robots take these lazy people jobs. There’s no way I would’ve sent food out of that window like what I received this morning. You fix people food like you would want your food to be fixed. I don’t care if I spend $0.50 on my food I still want it fresh. I wouldn’t complain if the food was warm…what i received this morning was ridiculously cold to the point I had to put the food in the microwave which made it worse and not eatable.
Ordered sausage gravy scrambler not only did they add it full if grits which was nit included there was no biscuit in there literally wasted my 8 bucks
