The lady at the window was very nice. However whoever the cook was doesn’t give a damn about humanity waited in line for over 30 min they brought my food out I had no cheese on my Krystal’s on top of the fries with a ton of salt on them you couldn’t bare to swallow the coke was good

Went through the drive through and waited almost 15 minutes before anyone got on the speaker to take orders. Then had to repeat multiple times because the workers inside were not paying attention to what they were doing. After finally getting my order in I waited at the pickup window for another 5 minutes before having money taken and then another 10 for food. Only for the food to be cold immediately leaving the parking lot. The service was horrible and the management needs to step up. Or just close the store entirely.

I came back today. From 6:00 am to 6:11 am I waited patiently with another car behind of which the person got upset and sped off. I drove around thinking maybe the intercom was broken. It was a short guy pouring coffee when a lady with grey shirt walked up neither one of them acknowledged me but the lady did check the screen to see if anything had been order not still did not say one word to me just continued setting up while the guy was laughing and talking to her... A man and woman came up in black still no acknowledgement to me or anything the lady with black had on the headphones she proceeded to take the order of grey SUV that has just pulled up but yet still no acknowledged to me by this I had waited another 5 minutes at the window. I just want to say excuse me for coming to your store so early when online it says you open at 6 and on your window it says 24 hours Friday Saturday etc ..A simple one moment would have done me all the glory but all 4 employees did nothing... The lady in grey has the worse body language and attitude no smile nowhere...

I was pleasantly surprised. Service was great. Food was great. I went via the drive thru. So really did not go inside. Its a new building.
