I have been here 2 times in a week and the service is beyond horrible! They are not clean or washing their hands. They let me stand at the counter for 4 minutes before even asking me anything and I was the only customer.

No one acknowledged is when we entered & it took about 15 minutes to acknowledge us then take our order, even though there was no one else in line. No milkshakes, no corn pups, no pickle fries were available. It took another 20 minutes to get our order, during which time the three people who came in right after us left because their order had not been taken. The drink machine was broken & annoyingly beeped non-stop. Our order was missing the chicken nuggets for the 11 year old & her milk tasted weird. My water tasted awful & my Krystal cheeseburger was a strange gray & soggy. My daughter reported that the nuggets weren't included but the staff didn't really care. I grew up LOVING Krystals but this location needs some serious help.

I went here for the first & last time on a Thursday night around 10pm, just to compare them to the White castle burgers. These places are known for being great for intoxicated people who don't care about what they put in their mouth. However, I was 100% sober so thankfully I immediately noticed that the patty melt and mini burger were not thawed nor cooked properly. As soon as I bit into the patty melt, I immediately knew something was wrong and spit it out because it tasted like freezer not food. It was also very pink on the inside.

DO NOT PULL OFF THE INTERSTATE FOR THIS. When I pulled up to the drive thru speaker there was a bullet hole in the speaker. Plus all the windows were boarded up. Then when you order they make you leave the drive thru and wait by the front door. Took about 10 minutes of waiting to get my cold soggy burgers. If you're headed south or east there's much better Krystals to eat at in where you don't gotta worry about getting shot. If you're headed west. You're too late for Krystal. Keep driving. You can eat in Arkansas.

I placed my order with a very kind,respectful young man. The manager at the location ( female wearing a black turban) is the issue. She vehemently refused to refund my money because they screwed up my order. She needs to be sent to a management class.

If it were possible to leave a 0 stars as a review, I would. I came last night thru drive thru and got their number #1 meal. The cashier was rude, the food was severely undercooked and as if it was soaking in water for hours. The smell was foul, extremely cold. I didn’t even finish eating a single one before stopping. 8 hours later, I’ve been non stop vomiting. I got food poisoning. I’m unable to work today and feel absolutely miserable. Once a HUGE fan, This horrible experience will make me never eat at a Krystal’s location again.

Every Krystals we stop @ the staff is EXTREMELY polite !
Young lady at window!!! Talking clearly about a man being caught with a man!!! She was so invested in the conversation that when I gave her my money she wasn’t paying any attention!! She was so invested about these men sleeping with each other!! She didn’t give me my change. She had to call the manager to count the whole register down at the window!!! Then the food was so cold!! Only thing hot & fresh was the fries!! I don’t know her name. But she has a low haircut like a boy! Very smart mouth! & doesn’t need a job dealing with the public!!
