I don't know why I tried again. Last 3 trips to this location have all resulted in every car in line driving away. All employees hanging out at a car in the parking lot. No one making any effort to sell food. Shift changes do not take that long and should never result in mass turned away customers. Over it. Never again.

If you go there at 9pm they will always be closed employees standing outside its crazy I pulled up to the speaker they said they was in between shift change and that was ok so I decided to wait I waited 40 minutes pulled back up they said the same thing. Left came back 2 hours later they were still shift changing lol. To be honest they always shift changing I don't know if it takes 2 hours buy hey I just know there closing crew sucks it's not worth it.
Manger gave me cold food herself while playing on her phone and not paying any attention to whats going on and the fries was old and half filled. When questioned about sandwich being so small and cold for $10 her and the cook couldn't come up with a answer. So I requested my money back which she stated she wasn't giving my full refund from fries the employee half filled... from all the times I been to krystals this might have been MY WORST EXPERIENCE..... need to be sued for false advertising......(Patty melt combo)
