I went to get a breakfast bowl this morning for me to get to my destination no more than three minutes away from the company. My food is cold. This is unacceptable and this is the location located on Poplar.

I just got off work and had a craving for some crystals but unfortunately crystals on Sum is no longer there. It’s been replaced with a Wendy’s high Wendy by Wendy! I had to reroute all the way to crystals cross from East high school and most definitely late night you have that craving you want what you want. The staff was nice. Everything was good, everything was done the timely and it didn’t take very long to receive my order

You get the Chik-Fil-a treatment over here. Truly a manager after my own heart. Unlike the forever rude, trashy and barely open McDonalds down the street, these Krystal employees are friendly and clearly like both their job and their boss. Even at 1 am. Refreshing.

Early in the morning...two guys that works for y'all sitting in the car smoking weed... Then come in the store n went to the back area ... female just walking around.... I did not order anything!!! Can't stand the smell!!!!!!

I appreciate Krystals. They are the place to go early in the morning when you want a fresh hot meal My only dilemma with them is that they stop serving the public for like 3 hours and only deal with DoorDash Uber eats and others and not the people that sat there waiting in line to be served

Worst experience. Waited 15 minutes for four burgers and never got, so I just left. The cashier did not tell him, they did not look at monitor, or seem to care they lost a customer. The cashier was rude and had headphones on the whole time, they were playing vulgar music through out the building, they were all playing on their phones, one came in from smoking and never washed his hands, and the store was dirty. Will never come here ever again. Needs new Management.

If I could leave 0 stars I would this location got workers that talked to customers very disrespectfully the night shift is horrible and something need to be done about it. People like that make businesses look bad I’ll never spend my money here again
I got a chicken sandwich to line my stomach. I just wanted a small item to eat until I get back home from visiting my relative in a nearby rehabilitation center. I took one bite and it was not good. I then drove down the street to McDonald's and got a tasty fish sandwich. I eat at the Krystal in Cordova, and they are usually pretty good. This one was on Poplar in Memphis. The customer service was professional and courteous. I had to throw my chicken sandwich alway.

This place is just terrible. The food was undercooked and bland. Yes, I get its fast food, but there is absolutely no effort put in. The cashier at the window said absolutely nothing, no greeting or service with a smile, even after I expressed my thanks and for him to have a great day. There are no cars lining up nor customers in the lobby. I think this place is done for. Was my first time in a decade eating here and last.
