I Ordered 2 grilled chicken salad from Soul Kitchen on door dash on 12/14. Chicken was burned, little cheese, only 1 whole egg. The phone numbers listed on web page for the Winchester location no answer. I’m highly dissatisfied with my order, even more dissatisfied with not being able to contact this business for reimbursement. I’m reporting the conduct and poorly made salads along with paying for extra items I did not receive.

When we got there nobody sat us down we had to sit ourselves down. It took them 15 minutes to ask if we wanted anything to drink, it took them 50 minutes to bring us our drinks, and it took 1 hour and 28 minutes for us to get our food. I was highly unsatisfied and disappointed.

This place feels like I’m in my aunts Kitchen. There is just that southern love in the air. The food is wonderful just delicious. I ate here everyday while in Memphis. Plus they serve alcohol. The owner is always there and cooking she has truly made this spot a great hidden jewel.
