I just came to make a comment about the staff and how bad their service is, they are always bad or demanding as if it were a gift this weekend we went shopping and there were several people serving and I don't know who to go with, the truth is I see that I'm not the only one who comments Most of the comments are the same, they should take care of this, the truth is, things are very good, only the service is quite lacking, maybe the ladies there are the owners or I don't know, but they also serve in a bad way and always making faces.

The girl who “attended us” 6/28 in the afternoon was super rude. He didn't greet us or ask us what we wanted., it seemed as if someone forced her to serve us. Very bad character. I better go to another location because I don't know how people put up with that character having more Michoacan options.

Very unhappy. I brought in my daughter and I to try something new and support and customer service was very rude. Then heard a dog in back. A friend of theirs came in asking for dog or where dog was because it was whining. No way a animal of any sort should be in any establishment where food is being sold. Totally disgusted me and will never come back nor refer

Went to two different locations, with doors stating they closed at 9, when they were clearly closed way before that. Don’t waste your time and gas if it’s after 8.

I ordered Lemon ice cream and they gave me a Lime colored ice cream with Vanilla swirls. The clerk insisted it was Lemon. I discarded it in front of her. I also got the Strawberry which was pretty good. The "Lemon' had a nasty after taste. I did not request a refund and they did not offer one. Therefore I must give them one star.
