“Excellent service, very authentic food, felt very welcomed by the staff. Everything looked and tasted absolutely perfect and fresh and didn't take forever to get the food . My wife is Colombian and said this is a great taste of Colombia. The smiles were beautiful, the place was clean, the treatment was like family and just a very perfectly balanced experience. If you haven't been here, you definitely should, regardless what walk of life your from ! We can't wait to go back and eat delicious food ! Thank you for the wonderful experience and warmth 💯❤️“

“This resuraunt deserves 5 stars across the board! The food was so delicious and fresh. I got the pupusas revueltas. They tasted delicious. Our waitress was very nice and friendly. And then after my friend and I ate, Mr.Eddy came from behind the bar and brought us the microphones to sing karaoke which was so fun. And even imparted some much needed words of wisdom even though i barely spoke any Spanish. He made sure to get every word translated through my friend. He treated us like friends. Come here if you’re looking for great food and a great time.“

“We ate at CIMAS before a show at the Orpheum, which is mere steps from the restaurant. The view of the Mississippi is spectacular, and the bridge light show was the perfect backdrop to our dinner. The food and drinks were excellent, and our server Tucker was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Service was slow, but this was expected due to short staffing from COVID and the ice storm two days ago. Our 5:45 reservation was perfect for a leisurely dinner prior to our 8pm show. We will be back!“

“Customer service is 10 out of 10. I got here 2 minutes prior to close and my roasted chicken was superb. So immaculate that I like it over all the other store-bought roasted chickens. El Pollo Latino has a good brine on their meat and I highly recommend.“
