Big lady at the counter asked me if I was “ok”. I said “yea why wouldn’t I be, it’s a beautiful day” she yelled at the guy in the back and said “we have a funny guy up here”. I said “what’s going on?” She asked me “you have a gun in your pocket” I said “no I don’t” and pulled out my cell phone. I can’t believe the audacity of these ? employees. I should have just unzipped my zipper and said is this the gun you’re referring to? But instead I withheld my rude comment and went about my merry day eating my ill mannered samdwich. Be better lennys.

My experience at Lennys was extremely disappointing. Upon arrival, I was not greeted and encountered rude treatment. Despite arriving at 10:45AM, the door was locked, contrary to the online opening time of 10:30AM. I placed my order, but faced issues with the drink machines and received a cookie that displeased the cashier. Upon opening my sandwich, I found it was incorrect, soggy, and inedible, leading me to decide against eating it. This location should be closed immediately, as it is the worst and not recommended to anyone.

The Lenny’s on South Main is always great. The staff is extremely friendly and gets you in and out very efficiently. Unfortunately, the air conditioning is out in the building which makes it uncomfortable to eat in the establishment. Other than the air being out, the place is very clean and welcoming.

I always receive good service at this location. The employees are nice and efficient. However, the air is out today and I know if it was insufferable for me as a customer who was there a few minutes that it’s unbearable for the workers. Please get the air fixed ASAP. No one should have to work in those conditions.
