I work close to the Lenny’s at 3750 Hacks Cross Rd so have gone there for years even though, honestly, it hasn’t always been my fav location. Today, I just had the best experience and food ever there. Hope whatever/whoever has recently changed is here to stay! Exceptional customer service and delicious sandwich!

They are very clean at this location you never has to worry about cleanliness at this location very friendly people.

To be honest, I had had some not great experiences at this location in the past. Especially with the evening crew. I started coming during lunch, and I must say the experience is night and day. The young lady who worked the front counter today is who has served me there the past three times and she is just absolutely wonderful. Excellent customer service, very friendly and always happy to correct any issues. I hope you guys are able to hang onto her for a while. I hadn’t caught her name yet so I didn’t have one to drop. She was working the counter today at lunch, 7/16/25.

We decided to stop here from out of town, it was such a nice experience they made us feel like family! The food was great Also the sandwich and salads .. thanks so much!
