Placed an online order at 12:55 got to the location with 2 co workers who placed their orders at the counter they received their orders before me I didn’t receive my order til 1:17 and everything I asked for on my sandwich was not on it on top of that we were late returning back to work

This Lenny's has gone down considerably. The dark skinned heavy set older woman that's always working the register is very rude and unkempt looking. Apparently the employees in the restaurant are related and the atmosphere is very chaotic. They argue back and forth cussing up a storm while you are placing your order. They make you feel very uncomfortable. I mean if a customer breath loud the son that work in the back is all up in their face like they own Lenny's.

I order from this location a lot but today Service was terrible from the front to the back. I placed an order online Upon arriving cashier was having a personal conversation. I waited until I was acknowledged was told my order would be ready in a min. Remind you I didn’t enter into the business until after the time confirm through them online… 15 mins after I arrived I received my food. Observe the cook touching his phone, nothing I asked to be on the sandwich was on the sandwich. They turn customers around saying they had no bread. Sandwich was terrible, waste of money. Apparently I got the strap bread & burnt meat… over 13$ just to trash!!
