I'm not sure who the young lady is working at this location and this time but she's extremely unprofessional and a liability to the company and the needs to be trained. I called because I placed an order Sunday for a sandwich at this location which was a mistake, I thought I placed the placed the order at the showcase location which is close to my house , when I got to the Lenny's on showcase Sunday it was closed I assumed I'll be refunded because they closed today I realized it was the Shelby drive and get well location and called to see what I needed to do to get a refund and all she kept saying was it wasn't there fault and wouldn't put a manager on the phone he was busy so now I'm not sure who I'll reach but I'm calling corporate and filing a complaint with the BBB this could've been simple but you're not going to keep my money and not provide service , I asked if they provide the food as well but all she could get out was it wasn't our fault though

I work 2 minutes away from this Lenny's. The food and hospitality is everything. I always call my order in they know me by hard "Tiny" my food is ready, always fresh and to my liking when I arrive. They never disappoint. Keep up the good work ?
