Why have a person enter a name to be called on the order when you’re just going to turn around and repeatedly holler “ma’am” at the customer. We’re listening for the name we put on our orders. Hash browns soggy. Barely any meat on my breakfast Philly. Poor customer service. Just a mess

Less than mediocre. Meat quality is poor. Only reason it’s not one star is that it’s not as unhealthy as other options in Memphis airport. But that says more about the other options than it does Lennys.

Ordered two hash browns on the kiosk, which were listed as $1.49 apiece. Go to check out, get a notification that the price had changed mid order and hash browns were now $2 each. Asked the person worked there, her only response was “they’re two dollars.” Which is fine, but then why did the kiosk (which you have to order on) list them incorrectly? It felt like weird surge pricing - and the hash browns were small/limp anyway.

I haven't been to a Lenny's in forever. Saw one in the Memphis airport but they were ridiculously slow. You have to order at the kiosk, even though they make it seem like an option. But no one ever comes to the register except for you to pick up orders. I asked for no onion on my Italian sub and of course it had onion. But it's the airport so I don't have time for energy to debate or wait for another one. Sandwich was just okay. I'll stick with the other big name sub places but this wasn't a hit.
