The young man taking orders does NOT need to be taking orders. He does NOT understand customer service. I asked for a philly cheese with extra cheese. I check after it was made and see only meat and no extra cheese. I open the sandwich and show it to him and a lady that kept talking to him on the side in Spanish. This was soo rude because I don’t know what she was telling him about my food. Then he tells me even if he remakes it the sandwich will be the same. I then ask him why can i not get what I paid for? I even told him I will pay more. The lady then takes her finger and digs through it to show me the cheese was on the bottom. He then tells me the usual amount is 4 slices and a 5th piece is the extra. Soooo you charge a $1. for one extra triangle piece of cheese??? Then I tell them so the sandwich has extra cheese on 1/4th of the whole sandwich??? My Lord. SMH. I told him what is the problem? I can pay for the extra cheese or just get my money back. They then both said ok and walked to the register. I was thinking, wow, you’d rather throw out a whole sandwich, or take it home. I was trying to get home so I changed my mind and asked him to have the sandwich made with the extra cheese like I wanted. He the charged me .55 cents. The lady takes the sandwich and remade it or fixed it. Now that I think about it she was not supposed to have done that per the health dept. rules. This whole ordeal was crazy. Customers service no longer exists but you charge these high prices. This Lenny’s has horrible customer service.

Placed an order at 3:11 pm was told there will be a 15 minute wait due to lack of bread when the bread finally came up I saw other customers that were behind me in line and then I saw other customers that came in the store after all the customers that were behind me in line were gone and I was still there waiting for my order I tried several times to let someone know that my order has been skipped over I was told I would get it when I get it no one tried to check on my order and then when I brought it to the manager's attention who was not there when I placed the order she did not help either when all she had to do was look at the time stamp on the receipt and or the order number I received my order at 3:58 p.m. on top of that the bread I ordered was not what I received and due to the lack of customer service I don't plan to return

Closed 45mins early because of the sandwich special. Very disappointing. They sent emails to their customers but closing early and refusing to allow any customers to place an order. Not good business

Bad customer service, I wouldn't recommend anyone visit this location. Rude, arrogant, don't have people skills, don't care if you shop with them or not. Lenny's, That's what happens when you hire someone who doesn't have respect for your customers or your business. So the guy with the raw skin cut out of his ears and the ponytail, is killing your, already dead business.
I ordered a Philly steak and there's barely any meat. Can't even taste the meat. They basically gave me a mayo sandwich . Definitely will never return
