This is my first time eating at this location the customer service was terrible didn’t get greeted as I entered was only 1 other person in the store waiting for food 20 minutes after the other customer left for a sandwich I finally received the food they had no sacks from the store only corner store bag another worker came in didn’t say anything when food ready she finally said is this yours 2 other people came in now she didn’t even know what I order there was no one to take the order first girl said you order off the machine or do I have to take your order I said you do she rolled her eyes and took forever to take my order the cook came out the back stop making food to take my order I gave him money he can’t count and can comprehend well she finally comes over and said did you do it right he’s laughing she laughing cause he don’t know if he gave me correct change. This is the worst one I have eaten at so far

Hate this location. They forget to add somethig I asked for every time! Get all the way home and don’t even wanna eat the food anymore cause I had my mouth ready for hot pepper relish! Bacon was undercooked. Please go to the Bartlett location on Stage Rd, never had an issue there

This location is great. The food is delicious and the staff is friendly and hard-working. They managed a crazy crowd on “Lenny’s Day,” when everyone was there for their $2 sandwich, so I’m sure they weren’t making any money. But they were friendly and the food was great. Go eat there!

This is by far the worst Lennys I’ve ever been to. Not a single customers order was right. When asked to fix the order they said they are out of whatever is missing. My cheesesteaks are so salty I threw them away. Absolutely horrible. I will not go to this location ever again
