The service was great around 2:30 pm on the 25th Anniversary( I think) with a medium crowd (5 people before me).I waited in line for maybe 7 minutes and was able to order and I got my correct order in about 10 minutes.Great discount and the food is always fresh and made to order. They had run out of sweet tea, but that was good for my health. I got unsweetened tea and lemonade, a little healthier.

At 6:30pm last night no wheat bread.I asked for hoagie style extra cheese extra onion. Instead I got a sandwich with no tomatoes and my meat was burnt. Will not spend another dime at this

This location seems to be very incompetent when it comes to reading orders, understanding them and making the sandwiches. The only time I go to this location is if I don’t make it to the 6300 Poplar Ave by the time they close early at like 4:30 or 5. I’ve had multiple issues with the Cordova location. Our sandwiches were poorly made, we ordered a turkey and American club. We had old lettuce on our sandwich that was a mixture of brown and green, disgusting. Didn’t get pickles on the turkey sandwich, didn’t get extra onions. There was very little onions. For the American club, didn’t get extra onions either and received very little, lettuce was old and brown. Mustard was missing and I asked for extra vinegar and oil, didn’t receive it. There wasn’t any vinegar and oil on it. I asked for extra mayo packets and didn’t get that. The overall quality was very underwhelming, it didn’t taste fresh at all. Just very poorly made. I suggest that the owner has all employees go through more training on how to read online orders correctly, there’s no excuse as to why the orders were made poorly. It’s funny how this location can’t understand how to make orders correctly but they’ll definitely take your money and give you whatever. Definitely will not be going back to this location. Will not continue to pay money for poor quality. Oh and don’t bother going here over the weekend, the weekend crew are worse! It’s like they have no experience at all!

I love Lenny's, I will die for Lenny's, Lenny's makes me know what's life is worth living. Anyone who passes up a mile high turkey sub has to be the devil. God created earth and the first thing he made after was a Lenny's sub location. I worship the submarine sandwich god of Lenny's. My best friend's nickname is Lenny and that's how deep it gets in my life that is all about Lenny's. My bf might leave me over an affair I have for the Mayo, lettuce, salt and pepper add ons to my turkey sandwich. I am now homeless because I spent all my money on this cushiony bread, meat loaded with cheese sandwich. If I were ever on death row you damn know well what I'm getting for my last meal. Let it be known that mid, unwanted middle child "Subway" will never be perfect as a Lenny's. No Jimmy johns or firehouse sub can cure life's daily woes like Lenny's. Lenny's 3:14.

Placed a $100+ order online when we bought lunch for everyone at work. You'd think it'd be pretty hard to get an order wrong when everything is listed in detail (toppings, bread type, etc.), but not only did they get half the order wrong, when arrived to pick up the order at the time they specified, they made us fill my own (catering sized) drink containers. While filling my to-go jug of sweet tea, they ran out and when a staff member was asked for assistance she replied "I'm too busy to help you." Take your hard earned money elsewhere, folks. There are plenty of places to get a good sandwich and this sh!t show is not one of them!FIREHOUSE SUBS has way better sandwiches, steamed lunch meats and fresh bread. Sandwiches worth every penny!

So I stopped at this Lenny's location (this is not the location I usually go to). I only stopped because it was on my way home. I ordered a green power bowl. So if you look at the photo, this is what was buried under what was supposed to be the "good vegetables". I had to pick ALL over this salad ? There was hardly any fresh leafy vegetables. It was mostly tomatoes and onions. It was supposed to have green peppers on it, but I had zero. Will never order from this Lenny's again.Vegetarian options: They offer salads.
