I'm not sure who made this "sandwich" but what I got delivered wasn't a sandwich, it was really just bread featuring a little meat and no cheese. I don't get grilled onions on my philly, but even then this amount of meat is unacceptable, especially when I paid $16 to have it delivered. Used to, I'd get sandwiches LOADED with meat, now the last 2 I've had have had almost nothing on them. Very unhappy, I dont plan to order from here again.

We visted on Lenny's Day, so it was kinda busy. However, the two guys running the front counter were super friendly, polite, and made us feel so appreciated! Plus our food was ready in minutes. We literally walked out with smiles on our faces. Thank you for the awesome customer service!! And yes the food was ? too lol

I get lunch from here regularly and my sandwich is wrong regularly. I try to give this location a chance each time I decide to place my order but they get it wrong. And the word “Add” apparently means “substitute” to them

I stopped by the other day to get my wife lunch. I ordered a large ghost pepper chicken sandwich meal for my wife and a 6inch steak ghost pepper sandwich only for me. The lady that took my order was rude and not very friendly. I was only greeted with what do you want and what I owed. When I got home and opened my sandwich it was pretty much only bread. I spent over 22 dollars on this meal. It is unreal that they would send a sandwich out with this amount of meat on it. I will never spend my money in this Lenny’s again.

Lenny's store in Walmart on Winchester Rd in Memphis, TN need to have hand sanitizer for customer, and the tables wasn't clean at this location, Lenny's do better.

NOT THE EXPERIENCE I EXPECT FROM LENNY'S. My family and I stopped to get lunch on the way home after a Dr appointment. I went inside to order and was not welcomed by any staff. Once at the counter to order the lady's fist words were "What do you want?" I then begin to give mine and my wife's order. During the remainder of my order her attitude worsens to the point I almost walked out. After ordering the bare minimum I came in for and not the full order I intended. I completed my transaction and the lady went to a table in the back of the restaurant and begin playing on her phone with the volume up where the entire store could hear it. My recpit says her name is Bailey. Once my order was complete I collected it from the gentleman who was behind the counter, he was very quiet but polite, and left the restaurant. The order we received was only partially correct and the sandwiches were pressed practically flat. I would love to say I'd give this location another chance one day but if I were to do so and the same lady was behind the counter I would tour around and leave.
