They didn't get our order correct. I asked for a white 7 inch, and my sister asked for a wheat 5 inch. They gave us both wheat 5 inch sandwiches. I asked for oil, and they didn't put any on my sandwich. Our sandwiches were so dry and tasteless. We will never return to that Lenny's. We are sticking with the one on Cooper in midtown.

This is the first time I have every had a completely wrong order. I was charged for 1 5 inch and 1 7 inch, received two 5 inch sandwiches. order was not prepared based on my request. One was to be on white bread and the other on wheat. Both were on wheat. There was also a special on chicken philly combos, I didn't notice until after I had paid. No one mentioned the special. This was the first time at this location, I have never had this happen before.

The sandwiches terrible. Soggy bread excessive onions. Requested fresh onion on my chicken Philly no one read the comments. Sandwich had no taste. My husband never complains even he said it had no taste. Sandwiches were sloppy with huge globs of mayo at the bottom of the sandwiches. Disappointed… I would give zero stars if I could. The lady was polite so I give her 3 stars for a welcoming personality.

Not only can they not get your name Eder correct, but the older woman behind the counter has a bad attitude when you try to bring it up. she won't look you in the eye and responds in a derogatory way. The shift leaders wanted to give me 50% off my next meal. I just want it to be correct everytime. Done with that Lenny's

The cashier and the person who made my sandwich name is Zion. Service was ok. The food was terrible. Something on that sandwich made it horrible. Could not swallow the food it was so bad.
Christy was am awesome host/cashier. She greeted us in a friendly manner upon entrance. Helped make a well informed decision on sandwich and salads choice. Food was prepared timely and was hot and fresh. Unfortunately the chicken Philly was bland and dry. The restroom was very clean and smelled nice. I would come again just because of the nice staff and clean establishment.

Their hours of operation on Google say they close at 8 PM. It was 6:38pm when I went to the store and they proceeded to lock the door because they had a lot of people and it's after work and people are getting food but they closed and will let anybody else in. absolutely rude service.

Went here for lunch. Ordered a large italian, When the lady asked me what I wanted on it, I started with lettuce and pickles. She immediately cuts me off saying it already comes on it. I am a bit surprised by her rudeness but I keep going and ask for Mayo and mustard. Again, she cuts me off saying Mayo already comes on the sandwich and says “so you can just add mustard.” I have no problem with the food here, but that lady just acted like she didn’t give two craps about what I was saying and just shoved me out the way.
