I was in the drive thru for over thirty minutes for a hot and ready pepperoni, hot and ready cheese, and cheese bread. I went in because people behind me were getting their pizzas after they told me to pull up. After going in I found out the pizza wasn't even in the oven. Horrible. Horrible customer service. Stay away.

The absolute worst pizza place, food was under cooked for I had to go home and put my food back in the oven for the pizza dough was undercooked. Never again, this place has really gone down since they have all young people running this establishment. I would rate it a negative zero if I could...will not never return.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This has been one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve ever had with a restaurant. My order was late, not just slightly late, but an hour beyond the promised time. After multiple attempts to resolve the issue, I was told I qualified for a full refund. Yet, it took three hours before the replacement order finally arrived.
The manager at this location showed absolutely no care or concern for my predicament, making zero effort to assist or take accountability. To add insult to injury, the customer service supervisor I spoke with was outright rude and dismissive. John, the one bright spot, assured me I would receive a full refund once the replacement order was delivered. But lo and behold, after receiving the late order (which didn’t even include the wings I paid for), I was told I was no longer eligible for a refund.
This lack of professionalism, communication, and basic respect for customers is appalling. Little Caesars clearly doesn’t value its patrons, and this experience has convinced me to take my business elsewhere. If you want cold pizza, missing items, and hours of wasted time dealing with indifferent and rude staff, this is the place for you. Otherwise, steer clear.

Safety people hanging in the parking lot the food was not done right in both times I came
today of all days my order is messed up. and ofcourse i forgot to check it. i ordered pepperoni cheese bread. received regular cheese bread. love spending more money for my order to be wrong. and i’m not driving 15 mins there and back to get it fixed. just read.
Waited for almost a hour. It was only 3 people in the store and one of them was a new person. Meed more employees

Did not like the service. Just wanted my sauce for the chicken to the side instead of it on the chicken the lady in there would not accommodate my requests. She was not friendly. No one had on name tags unable to give name. The girl with the 2 puff ponytail was ok but I think she was new she was the one who originally took my order but asked the other lady if I could have the sauce to the side with the answer being no. The chicken was ok the pepperoni pizza the same as usual as far as taste.
