The day a few hot and ready should be available they are cook to order only. It’s quick and convenient for people to come get pizza for the family gatherings happening today. The lovely lady working the counter thought it was a nice to smirk and make snide comments about me expecting a hot and ready pizza. Don’t advertise what you can’t provide. Get nicer cashiers with friendlier faces

I usually come in the evenings and it's always a 10-15 min wait to get a pizza. Service isn't very friendly and they're always understaffed. There's always people standing in line waiting to order or get their food. They're quicker during the day time lol. Pizza is very hit or miss depending on how fresh it is.
There was a toe nail in my food and when I called them they were very rude about it and hung up in my face that place is unsanitary and disgusting

Just left from getting a 3 meat pizza and Italian cheese bread and the cashier could not stay off her phone to get my order correct! Then she tells me she would have to ring my 2 liter drink up separately because I placed an order over the phone which made no sense! Please tell your staff to stay off their phone while taking customer orders

I was in the drive thru for over thirty minutes for a hot and ready pepperoni, hot and ready cheese, and cheese bread. I went in because people behind me were getting their pizzas after they told me to pull up. After going in I found out the pizza wasn't even in the oven. Horrible. Horrible customer service. Stay away.
The absolute worst pizza place, food was under cooked for I had to go home and put my food back in the oven for the pizza dough was undercooked. Never again, this place has really gone down since they have all young people running this establishment. I would rate it a negative zero if I could...will not never return.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This has been one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve ever had with a restaurant. My order was late, not just slightly late, but an hour beyond the promised time. After multiple attempts to resolve the issue, I was told I qualified for a full refund. Yet, it took three hours before the replacement order finally arrived.
The manager at this location showed absolutely no care or concern for my predicament, making zero effort to assist or take accountability. To add insult to injury, the customer service supervisor I spoke with was outright rude and dismissive. John, the one bright spot, assured me I would receive a full refund once the replacement order was delivered. But lo and behold, after receiving the late order (which didn’t even include the wings I paid for), I was told I was no longer eligible for a refund.
This lack of professionalism, communication, and basic respect for customers is appalling. Little Caesars clearly doesn’t value its patrons, and this experience has convinced me to take my business elsewhere. If you want cold pizza, missing items, and hours of wasted time dealing with indifferent and rude staff, this is the place for you. Otherwise, steer clear.
